Hello, for 2 years I have been replenishing my wallet every day for a small amount, I wanted to save up for the future. now I decided to transfer everything to the stock exchange and the transfer does not work.

I get a message:
The server returned an error when sending a transaction.
Try connecting to another server or updating electrum.
The transaction was rejected because it was too large (in bytes).

What should I do?

Select a smaller number of inputs. You may need to enable the Coins tab for that.
And manually select a low fee, I have a topic about consolidating many small inputs.

Electrum can not go more than 100KB. Your transaction is too large than what electrum can send. Try make use of coin control to reduce the inputs and send in different transactions. Advisable to customize the fee to 1 sat/byte for each transaction.

Glad it worked out. I'm curious: how many inputs did you collect? Two years with daily deposits means more than 700 inputs, which indeed leads to a very large transaction (and thus a high transaction fee).
For what it's worth: if you can avoid collecting small inputs, for instance by making it a weekly instead of a daily transaction, you save a lot on fees by avoiding many dust inputs. See Mempool empty! Use this opportunity to Consolidate your small inputs! for more information.

Glad it worked out for you.  As Charles-Tim mentioned, Electrum can only handle 100kb per transaction.  If memory serves me correctly, that amount to about 500 inputs.  If you're collecting one transaction per day, you should be able to consolidate a year's worth of inputs without issue, so it may behoove you to establish a specific date that you'll consolidate all your inputs annually.  That'll prevent you from having to go through this again in the future.
