judging by his response he will most likely abuse that feature and delete any post/s that he thinks is an attack against him or his service. the dude can't properly answer questions without him feeling attacked or feeling offended. it would have been better if he could answer those questions even with a little bit of professionalism.

I can't say I disagree with this. I don't understand why he is so rude in his responses to some questions. He appears to only intend to use this platform for his personal promotion and has no desire to answer (in my opinion, legitimate) questions.

I believe, one of the challenges here is that most players in the forum already have their account on these casinos.
I don't think they will create another account just to get their possible share from your rakeback.
Because this may give them possible problem about multi-accounting or related to that.

Don't be very sensitive. I read all your posts with emotional answers, I don't know what your problem is, but if you want people to come to your site, make them comfortable with your smile. You make ann thread here, so you must be smart customer support to answer any question or post even if it is a trite question or spam.

So, after registering, what should we do? I just got a message like this:  "thank you we will get back to you soon"
many customers haven't time just for waiting for this. there is no FAQ or TOC for what we should do next, so if still emotional and feel this post is offensive as a competitor, just report it.

What is your criteria to call someone as real user? What you get here is normal, you announce your project and some people ask you about your project/offer. You should not feel of being offended with such question, you can answer them politely. If you answered them with anger, it wont help you. You have just started here but you do not want to accept feedback?

This is the biggest downside of this business by introducing late here. Most of the user already have account on all this service partnered casino and his only chance is for new user to notice and sign up to his service. This kind service of service needs to established solid reputation since this is for long term partnership with the player. Yeah. This is how this kind of service works and technically just a different form of spreading referral link here in the forum without violating the policy here for posting referral link directly but instead he is using his website as proxy for his referral link.
