Is this a guarantee of your winnings?  Can a person foresee his winning or losing in a game of chance?  

This is a very difficult question...

There is a theory that a person's mood affects the surrounding reality.  However, if this theory is correct, could a person's positive mood increase their chances of winning at gambling?  

More likely no than yes.  At least, science has not fixed such a dependence.  In any case, this is not a direct, but an indirect dependence.  Such dependence (if it is not a fiction, but a real dependence), in my opinion, is difficult to use to your advantage.

I have to admit, these facts are real and I happened to experienced one of them a few days ago but I'm not playing with money rather I was just upgrading my item in my MMORPG game which has some 50/50 chance of success and failure. Fact number 11 got me because I was convinced that I'm gonna extend my power that day because I feel like it was my day but the result was contrary because it fails misserably and my character power decrease dramatically.

If it's 50/50 then your chance to win is high but in a real gambling it can't be 50/50 but I think the ratio of winning is always lower versus to losing. It's only weird that your power decreases dramatically. Was it the consequence you are getting if you didn't win? I think that's unfair because it was not free at the first place but you are using your in game money. Like you and the many, I think the myth no.

11 got me a lot of times before. I feel lucky so I gamble even the last balance in my wallet but I only got disappointed and regret. I could have use that balance on to something else that is more surer that you can see what you paid for but now I learn.

The number nine applies only to those gamblers who become completely bankrupt after gambling. Later they can't remove themselves from gambling and thus involve themselves in various anti-social activities to drain the economy.Those gamblers lost all their possessions and became disoriented and became addicted to drugs, robberies,and indulges in other anti-social activities.

I think it only applies to Problem Gambler who has sold everything they have and has this uncontrollable urge to gamble that makes them commit criminal activity.  Since gambler who has no mental disorder can always think of a possible way to find a job or earn money.  Aside from that, I believe personal moral level always plays a huge part in this myth.

A problem gambler will not think about what they have sold or not even think about the myth because all they want to do is a gamble. But I also believe that one's morals play a big part in the myth and if one doesn't think too much about the myth, he won't be affected. And if he gambles, it's all just for fun because he never thinks about winning and losing and can stop whenever he wants.

And that person will not try to get more involved in gambling because he knows that once he is a problem gambler, he can get involved in crime because he wants to earn money just to gamble.

Not all gamblers are involved in criminal actives but some are involved, have seen someone before that will have to steal just to gambling, the guy is addicted to gambling and can do anything to get money to gamble. I believe those that involve in criminal activities just to finance their gambling are those that are really addicted to gambling, but people that gamble just for fun or relaxation don't really involve in crimal activities that's why I always advise people not to be addicted to gambling.

I believe those that involve in criminal activities just to finance their gambling are those that are really addicted to gambling, but people that gamble just for fun or relaxation don't really involve in crimal activities that's why I always advise people not to be addicted to gambling.

This crime will happen if the person will get hook to much on gambling and he didn't get proper guidance from his relatives that's why they go on darkest point on their life. If they are already doing crime just to have money to gamble I guess its better for this people to go to rehab and any other help like advices will not really work at them, also believing any myths that can change them will for sure not work since this need professional intervention.

I agree with the research above (but the pros and cons are still there) because it was my first time playing gambling because of an invitation from my friend who said "gambling is a way to make money". now the days have passed and until now I still gamble but with controlled portions.

I'm a little curious, are there any mythical sentences above that make you all start gambling and can't stop gambling or even because the sentence above makes you a gambling addict or even stop gambling?

It takes time and experience to prove that all these myths are false and you will get all the facts after reading the experiences of other gamblers and from your own experiences as well, but if you're a new gambler and you have become fully aware of these myths and facts about gambling you are on your way to becoming a responsible gambler, knowledge and control are what makes a responsible gambler.

That was silly and should I say well-executed plan. That simply means that gambling could be a way for criminals to withdraw their stolen money but I didn't imagine that they would think of such thing to escape. It seems like the criminal and his friends have planned for this for a long time. I feel sorry for the compnay but I guess they couldn't really recover the funds.

IQ 30 move  What is the point of this scheme if they were caught anyway, and even if it was assumed that the second friend would save the money, then the first one would receive a prison term? Apparently they (the first friend) value their time at large cheaper than being in prison. But since the scheme was revealed, their plan completely failed.

I will say that to some people is exaggerating or it is a misconception of understanding of a gambler and the a criminal. Through your explanation in quote. I agree with you that gambler majority of them is not a criminal but when they are addicted and gambling define hummus to ensure that they have such amount of money they needed to play or to make a gambling. so if someone is curious to make it own money through gambling is not a criminality because it is desperate to make it on money through gambling without stealing stealing is what we call a criminal act so I disagree with some people who is on the point of narrating that gamblers are a criminals

I think you don't really understand what an trying to explain, some people wont have money to gamble, they will have to go and steal before they get money which they will use to gamble. If you are making money from gambling I don't think their is any criminal act their, but some people are addicted to gambling and some time's if they don't have enough money with them to gamble with, they will have to steal or involve in illegal activities just to be able to raise money money go that they can gamble with the money.

I agree and this is one of the reasons why kids should be exposed with parental guidance to gambling for gambling awareness' sake.  Keeping the kids blind about gambling is one of the mistakes we should correct.  A person must develop gambling knowledge in order to tackle and avoid the negative effects of gambling.  The more knowledge a person has on gambling effects, the more resistant he is to gambling addiction.  Aside from that, an informed person will never hesitate to contact medical experts whenever he sees signs of gambling addiction.

I believe women are already involved in gambling activity since ancient times.  One example is ancient Rome, women have a special day where they can participate in gambling since they are banned in gambling engagement during regular days.
