Why exactly 10 session? Is there a scientific study that makes difference between 10 session to other number?

I can’t remember exactly my last 10 session experience but my first 5 session makes me excited every time I play but the session after that just makes feel to chase to losses. The longer I play makes my desire to become greedy until I start to stop and rethink what I actually doing. My main purpose to gamble is just to have fun but the longe I’m exposed doing it makes me addicted on playing it by chasing losses.

For now I'm feeling a little depressed on last 3 sessions, hoping to win with some strategy but the hope is gone, maybe it's not the strategy that's wrong, but my mind is too carried away by mood on gambling. Honestly am having streak of losses, I was winning a lot hands down and from 10$ I made 50$ and then decided to test my luck a bit more and ending up loosing everything.

This has happened to me before as well since I go crazy one am winning in streaks and then I end up mourning the loss and give up gambling for a while and then use the extra 10-15$ in a month or so. Recently, I always feel entertained after playing regardless of the outcome, but back then i'd probably go with the other three choices as i've experienced them at one point since I used to play with a bigger bankroll and my feeling would depend on the overall record of my session. That's the right thing to do, just enjoy the game and don't pressure your way to win, the worse thing is trying to win and chasing your losses, unexpected profit will come when you least expect it, we all want to win in the back of our mind, it will just come when we don't expect it, the expectation is what killing our enjoyment in gambling, we only enjoy it when we go to the flow but once we expect something we become disappointed.

In my last 10 gambling sessions, I just felt entertained simply because I had several losses and little winnings yet I still enjoyed playing. My main goal is to feel entertained and to seek comfort through betting after a long stressful week at work. It depends on the results of the 9 sessions before the 10th one. 
For example, in poker, you won't be looking for a new table if you are feeling good at the first one. If the win keeps on coming, your rest will be just to pee and get food or drinks while sometimes they are also served to you.
But before, I tried 4 tables after being defeated in three of them. 4 times I replenished my chips and when I lose again I said to myself I am done for the night. Frustrated I went home and waited for another week to come back and tried to recover the losses.

I certainly agree with you. Gambling should be enjoyed and we must not let it be the source of negative emotions. We should not allow it to consume the energy that we have. If we lost then we have to accept it and move forward. Chasing our losses will make us lose more so we have to control our emotions. It's okay to feel disappointed sometimes but we should not let negativity consume us.

I would be entertained if that's how long I am gambling instead of being depressed since we know that gambling is not in your favor. As many people say that house always win and that's proven many times already. When you play for fun you don't feel depressed when you lose and also another thing is if you are playing with a very low bankroll then you won't feel any negative impact of such lose. If we play moderately there won't be depression but taking high unnecessary risk just for greedy mind, we feel the outcome.

Well, it really depends on the situation whether I lose or I win. But most the time I often feel tired after playing maybe because I only play after work or if I am having my off after shift. My social battery in casino gets drained very fast as well , that's why I prefer to play online nowadays, so I can rest right after the game. Feeling on anticipated results which is losing in the end which i do make myself prepared so that you wont really be that getting frustrated in the end of the day just because you are expecting something

I really don't know which one to select, I actually gamble for entertain purpose.  If I talk about my feelings of last ten season then most of your poll happened to me.  A few times I have won and lost because of greed, I have regretted because of it, but still have an excitement works inside me through it.  But at the end of the day, I am not that serious gambler, my main purpose of gambling is entertainment.
