Perhaps, people are buying low thinking and hoping it will grow in the future. But we also have to consider if that coin is really valuable or just a shitcoins for this will somehow affect what might happen in the future. Like, if you are investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum, we can really expect its growth and profit.
But as you have mentioned "many coins", I was afraid that some of them are worthless and you have been tricked with such a low price. I tell you that you better not expect them too much.

What coins are they? Please tell us those coins, so we can analyze what their potential is.

Only coins with strong fundamentals will survive and probably increase again their values in the upcoming bullish period.

As someone who already jumped into this field in 2017, I experienced some bear and bull markets. Probably this one is harsher because of different conditions. We've been punched hard by the pandemic and the war between Russia and Ukraine. The inflation makes sense happened after the pandemic when the government decided to pull the grant. The banks need people to keep their money there and to re-spin the economic wheel, that's why they increased the bank interest rate. It affects the investment world including stocks, gold, and crypto. I think everything will get better when the world finance temperature cools down. The crypto world will be hyped again when inflation gets down or some big positive news comes. Meanwhile, let's just observe from the edge, don't take drastic steps. Leave your investments for a while and take a deep breath, go outside and spend your time with your family. I think the market will rise again in the future, and your assets too, PS: you invest in well-known and established projects.

Well if you had mention the alt coin you bought it will be more easier to help you, but either way their is every possibility that the coin will raise because most coin are currently experiencing a downfall due to the instability bitcoin is having. Bitcoin have not find itself for few months now and is affecting all other altcoin, so there is a possibility there your coin might raise back but it will take time maybe a longer period of time but if you are patient enough you will make see for yourself.

Before I understand your problem you need to tell me which tokens you bought. Because there are many coins in the market that come and go for a few days and become completely worthless. You should trade with coins that are highly ranked in the market (Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, TRX etc....). If you buy all those tokens now that are worthless again when the market comes, you will lose.Even the token you bought may become obsolete. Since I don't know which tokens you bought, I can't say for sure. But if you have bought a good token which is well ranked in the market then you should hold the token.Because btc is down now and all the coins depending on btc are down. This year btc condition is very bad due to which everyone is in loss. Hopefully BTC will come back strong and we need to be patient and if you hold your tokens for a long time then you can profit.

I agree with your opinion regarding that matter, indeed, if we invest in altcoins it is very risky, it is different from investing in bitcoin which is definitely safe. that's why most people recommend investing in bitcoin. because investing in bitcoin is safer.

Some people prefer investing in Altcoins because they think Bitcoin price is high already, but they are wrong bitcoin price is still low, let's give bitcoin few year's from now then most people that did not buy now will regret why they didn't buy now that the price is low, bitcon will suprise people in future as it has always done, I keep on saying it bitcoin price is still low, invest in bitcon and have rest of mind, rather than investing in altcoins that your money is at risk. I know you can make good profit but anything can still happen to the coin you invested in and all your funds is gone.

May I ask you what might have been your bone of contention to have decided to invest in a particular project? Not like I want you to answer that but, I'm just saying, it's it's question you must have or should ask yourself before investing in any project.

It's the point we're you define your goals and evaluate how well you think the project would do and a withdrawal strategy if it were not to go your way.

It is important to note that in the bear market, so many shit projects falls never to rise again. Its left for you to evaluate and cut your lose.

Nobody knows the kind of tokens you bought,  I just hope they are not shit coins. If you think those coins comes to be shit coins the best thing to do is to sell them to avoid losing all your money . Instead of buying many token it is better to buy few because many token are highly risky. Buying more of bitcoin is better if you want to invest more in crypto.

Mate according to my research and 3 years experience in crypto, its totally volatile can not a bit of beleive in digital coins. so its better to hold for long maybe it convert into profit otherwise good luck

If I were in your position, I would keep all the assets I have even though now the price is much lower than what I bought. When conditions are not favorable, I will be patient until the price increases again.

Here I don't know what Crypto assets you are buying, if you hold Crypto assets that have strong fundamentals such as BTC, ETH, BNB and other high-end crypto assets, I would advise you to hold until the price recovers. Which of the altcoins did buy? The price flustration is the main thing in trading. You make profit when the goes down. At that time you can buy it in a lower price and when the price goes up you sell it off. Therefore, for the professionals there is no loosing time in trading. In the process of trading, you have to master the market movement.

My suggestion for is that you should keep the token in your wallet till the market goes up again then you can sell it. If only you are not in hurry to use the fund. The bear Market is just the test of time. If you are buying cryptocurrency again, but buy only bitcoin so that you have assurance that definitely it go up but if it is another coin, I will not know.

Nothing to warried about but if you bought fan token, meme token or shit token then sell it. And buy some Strong token and hold it for long time with Patience. It will gives you profit one day.

Long-term hold doesn't always turn out to be profitable, and often, on the contrary, turns out to be unprofitable. With the exception of reliable cryptocurrencies like the bitcoin. We don't know which tokens OP bought, therefore, it is difficult to give recommendations, continue to keep with the hope of recovering at least up to the purchase price, or get rid of it until it has completely depreciated.
