I need help from mr. @ethan_nx owner of yolodice and @kiritsugu sr. Moderator . Hello sir , i was yolodice user crypto_reporter since start of yolo and i really made best crypto time and crypto at yolodice . I am using many other casino also . 9 months ago i lost my mobile and i lost all 2fa . Luckily i have recovered all the casino and wallet 2fa but only stake casino making trouble by asking so many question i have given them all details they asked with 3 withdraw trasaction details from 3 different wallet . After that they again asking me to show more translations that i made in 2019 with yolodice . But yolodice has been closed . I was trying all possible ways to contact mr Ethan or other senior moderator but no one replying then finall i come here and making this post so then can know my problem and help to get trasaction details . Please help me i have big money stuck at stake with some big refferal. I hope this fourm will help me .it is my final efforts to get back my 2fa removal as my account already logged in on pc but i cant withdraw , tip my money . Thanks

You should know that Yolodice closed their service months ago and time to withdraw your money is no longer available.

Explanation why it was suspended on 1st March 2021.

He is not seeking help to recover funds from yolodice, he actually wants to withdraw from stake but since he lost the access to 2fa they are verifying the person is actually the owner of the account for that they are asking details about transactions be made from yolodice to stake or something like that.


@OP ethan_nx hasn't been active on this forum since March 29 2021 so I don't think he will read this thread and can help with the issues going on with stake but you can request any alternative way for the verification from stake.

So did OP only made deposit to Stake from Yolodice?

If OP made mnay deposits from different addresses and different sources, not only from Yolodice, Stake should ask for other evidence. I think Stake team know about the service closing of Yolodice so if OP has more deposits from non Yolodice sources, Stake should not play the hard card by only asking about evidence of deposits from Yolodice.

They should know that yolodice has been closed and you are not able to give then such them details. If they don't know that, tell them that Yolodice has been closed.

Have you ever made any deposit from an address you have full control over?
Have you ever made any withdrawal to an address you have full control over?
If so, tell them you can sign a message from that address. They may accept it as an evidence. (Before that make sure that you can sign message.)

Thanks for advice all of you experience crypto makers . Actually i never deposit in stake. But i made 6 withrawal from stake to 4 different wallet . Only last 3 withdrawal i made at yolodice in 2019 besaue they had investment in banroll option . First stake support asked me show some trsaction screen shot . I have given them 3 different coin trasaction from 3 different wallet i am still using . After successfull passed by one sport . They told me a general manger will proceed removal 2fa in 48 hrs . After 48 hours a lady came asked more question and again asked show trsaction i given also all details had . But at end she refused and asking to show more trasaction my problem is that last 3 trsaction i made at yolo and yolo dice has been closed . But i saw yolo sr. Moderator is still active here . I maind them , tweet them discord them ...hopeimg that they can give me trsaction detail from wallet because it's not big deal for them . Can I tag here so he can get notification . I tried to message him but he is not taking message from newbie . His I'd is @kiritsugu . He may help me , or give contact to ethan_nx. All stake support says same thing as they all are robot . They don't give support or help or advice they stuck one same question . But i will keep try till end of my account . . Thanks all .

In the past too I have had this kind of issue of losing passphrase or something like that and I struggled through it until I got them back where I wrote them like you have recovered some of your 2FA. So I don't know how your chances are but if you keep asking the site to provide you information that help you to login into your wallet, they may not provide that for you but keep asking for what they ask from you to provide because that will show you are the real owner. Try harder to search for it and maybe you can stumble on it. We need to be careful about the KFC and other information we have, they should be written down in a safe and secured place.
