Besides the growing fears of the emerging market, especially for governments that do not have enough experience to deal with all the changes in this market, they will follow the general wave.
A country such as the Philippines may really need to adopt modern technology, but it may not be able to adequately absorb the matter, and this is certainly due to all the recent changes in the market, the most important of which is the decline in price and the abandonment of large companies such as Tesla from their bitcoin savings .
