There is no info about gambling license or anything about rules except short Terms of use window.
Sorry but this doesn't look like reliable gambling website to me.

I don't think they're licensed gambling operators. They claim that the casino is operated by "DR CORPORATION JSC", a company registered and headquartered in Bulgaria. But according to their National Revenue Agency registers, there's no such company with a license to organize gambling activities under the Gambling Act.

Maybe I'm wrong about this, but I believe they are operating illegally, which means authorities can shut them down at any time.

On the very bottom, I can see their terms and conditions. By the way I am using a laptop right now but maybe they have a problem with their display if you are using a mobile, resulting for some users to not see it. There's still a room from improvement anyway, so good luck.

Players now are being skeptical and even the domain has a huge impact since there was a history of bad records from casino sites with the same domain so we're trying to get rid of it as much as possible but it's a good thing that you're willing to accept the suggestion. There's no such thing as a perfect casino site in the beginning. It will take time for it to develop and improve but as long as you'll provide a good service, you could put up a good reputation.

He made request to deposit $20 and when system generate deposit address he send $1 dollar to the address. System recognize that and deposit $1 into his account, but deposit is not mark as valid, because is below minimum for deposit.

How do you interpret this? It's clearly a case of poor communication, but that's a problem on your end.

If I may add here: Using CoinPayments is a very bad idea in this case. Deposits to casino sites should be as easy and straight forward as possible, so adding an extra step of verification with CoinPayments is going to complicate things further, causing more people to abandon their deposits on your platform. Just think about it. You don't ask for personal information during registration, but in order to make a deposit, the user must divulge his full name to a third party. Isn't it ironic?

Like I said in my previous reply, the English level plays a huge role in this so-called "misunderstanding". It's really hard to understand what the live agent guy was trying to say.

Asking the user to deposit an extra 20 dollars in order to "unlock" his withdrawal is a really shady thing to do. If I were in his shoes, I wouldn't deposit another dime until my original withdrawal was processed.

After this user contact with us, we explained to him that our system is clear and requires a minimum $20 deposit on ALL accounts to be eligible to withdraw winnings. Once user makes VALID  deposit, we can process his withdrawal. The user will always have access to his account and the winnings will remain on the account until the user is ready to make Valid $20 deposit at which time he can withdraw his winnings.

He winning from our bonus , so he never make any deposits for that he can't make withdrawal at the moment.

The information of minimum deposit $1 to make withdrawal given by live support may make confusion and mislead to some users. If the minimum deposit by default in the system is $20, there should not be any other requirement (the $1 min deposit for withdrawal). The casino cant accuse the user try to cheat because it is happened due to confusing information provided by the live support and by representative in this forum.
