This thread serves as record keeping. User jackg has agreed to loan me 0.03BTC, for a maximum duration of 2 months, repaid at the latest on October 16, 2022. This amount is considered as 700 EUR at exchange rate 23'500 EUR/BTC.

The final repayment amount will depend on the exchange rate at time of repayment:
If < 23'500 EUR/BTC, interest shall be +14% on the fiat value of the loan at time of loan (repayment of: 0.03BTC + 98 EUR).
If = > 23'500 EUR/BTC, interest shall be +5% on BTC value at time of loan (repayment of: 0.03BTC + 0.0015BTC).

Edit: Loan can be sent to my staked address (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.msg11077414#msg11077414) : 12hYBWiPqfwdveGzpbRdGxeqnoMcNvGNSq

Loan will be sent to a separate address I have sent jackg (note: it was signed by my staked address above!)

Repaid. Thank you.

Shouldn't you be posting TX's as proof that loans were funded and repaid?  (and the various threads that went with those loans for that matter?)

I suppose I could have, but it's not a necessity; I simply publicly announced a p2p loan.
