I have been playing on this site for more than 2 months. on 4th of August asked for 8 mbtc. They have not paid me since, just keep saying me to be patient. their site states the withdrawals do not take more than 24 hours. Please be aware of them

I really don't get why would bitdice stake their reputation for as small as 8 mBTC. Can you please add some screenshots of your conversation if you don't have a problem sharing? I can see only two images that don't have any discussion between you and their representative. Did they share any reason/potential reason for not sending the withdrawal? They are here for a quite long time and I doubt they have paused the withdrawal without any issue.

It would be great if we could hear bitdice side of the story too. You have stated your issue but haven't said if you have done anything wrong which would break their terms and conditions. Let's see what say bitdice has though they aren't active here for quite a long time now.

I know what I'm going to suggest can be stressful, but you have to do it: my suggestion is that you have to tell the whole story from the beginning, for example: day X you deposited Y and played game Z and won or lost and then You decided to withdraw C amount and after a few days you did not receive anything and for that reason you contacted support, but support did not give you the reason why the withdrawal is still pending or you say that the reason for the withdrawal to be taking a long time was due to H thing, then you post evidence of deposit, win or lose, pending withdrawal and conversation with support.

Based on the screenshot of your email you have a conversation via email, it's better to show this conversation to us we have the right format that you should follow so we'll know the whole story, a gambling casino will not delay a small amount without any good reason, what you've shown us is a small portion of the story you have to show it so Bitdice can answer the allegations, if your account is clean you will tell us the whole story and it should include all communications.

the emails are mostly summary of conversations on live chat.

Really don't have to tell you much more. Have been playing for more than 2 months. My withdrawal is pending for 2 weeks now. I have contacted them almost every day- although I'm on my vacations; they tell me to keep waiting and yesterday after posting this they told me that they are not scam and I will receive my funds. But at the moment no money have hit my account
