I want to deployment the project through the website

I want to create a web deployment of my own. I want to be able to create my own deployments. I have been thinking about web project deployment for a long time now that how to create a web deployment?

I can't discuss well so far if any bros can help in project diploma forum I would be great. So I will put a request to my brothers, that is how I can diplomatize the project. He will tell me.

Easy route: Hire someone to create the "web project" for you and pay him.

Hard route: Learn web development by studying computer science in uni or simply youtube if are determined enough and finally create the web project yourself.

Doesn't necessarily have to be that. He is a bounty hunter. 90% of his forum activity is in the bounties board. Maybe he is being honest and wants to develop his own website. Or, he needs that 1 merit to rank up to Jr. Member rank to continue his bounty activities and he figured this could be the way to do that.
