Can Solana be the next Ethereum???

Solana quickly became a favorite among many investors, Does it became the next Ethereum

Until now I still believe in Ethereum, even though Solana has a better speed than Ethereum, but some things you need to know are the lack of security level on Solana's network makes me worry about many things, Solana has more than 2x experienced congestion on the network due to the large number of transactions , and it makes me ask how the team disabled the chain, is it safe for future transaction systems? I do not think so.

even though Ethereum has changed its algorithm from PoW to PoS Ethereum will still be the best platform on the blockchain and even better than Solana,
especially yesterday Solana's network was also hit by hacker attacks, of course this makes Solana shaken and investors will also think twice.

AaA booring question haha. No bro not at SOL cant be ETH as ETH far more developed  in terms of each and everything. SOL network is be like a Buggy system which continuous to shut down always and SOL is not even able to fix it. Yeah now after ETH 2.0ETH can same as SOL..

Ethereum will always be number one and everyone also knows that,
until now even though Binance is the top contender because indeed Binance Smart Chain is better for now,
but unfortunately Binance capitalization with Ethereum still can't reach it,
so this is why Solana doesn't have a good reason to could replace Ethereum, for now!.

A newbie like some of us who studied the growth pattern of ethereum from the start would say solana has done so perfectly well in term of development and growth in price and value. Solana will surely be far far beyond ethereum in the future.

Still hard to compare though, i mean Ethereum is what we call prime mover, the first one to introduce this kind of dapps in crypto sphere.

And although there has been a lot of projects that really challenge Ethereum like Solana, still Ethereum is on the top of the food chain as far as altcoin goes. Solana is good no doubt about it, but i don't see it to be the next Ethereum. It's better if Solana will have it's own identity to be honest. You're absolutely right, my friend. Ethereum has first mover advantage just like Bitcoin. It's impossible to take down its place as the world's second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, simply because it has solid backing from investors, traders, and the community itself. It's the one smart contracts platform which started the NFT, ICO, and token craze. If Ethereum weren't conceived by Vitalik, we wouldn't had any of this stuff. You can consider ETH as the original project, while the rest are simply "copycats". Just because Solana is faster and cheaper to use doesn't mean it's better. Remember, it's quality, not quantity. All these other platforms are able process large amounts of transactions per second, but most (if not all) are the same quality as Ethereum. It's this reason why Solana nor any other competitor will be able to "beat" Ethereum in the foreseeable future. At least, the competition is healthy. The more platforms emerge, the stronger the Blockchain space will become. As long as decentralization prevails, nothing else matters. Just my thoughts

lke it or not, solana will never be strong enough to kill ethereum, Solana Anatoly Yakovenko, he should remember that they cannot kill ethereum or replace it. with a potential blockchain that has crashed 9 times this year and they have almost not found an effective solution to prevent it and i believe it will continue to happen in the future. solana is leading the race where blockchain crashes the most.

right mate, they are two different things and very different, but can Solana be the next eth? obviously not going to happen.
although it must be admitted that Solana has a fast, safe and cheap market application and certainly not much different from eth, only eth has ever had problems with expensive gas costs. but now eth2.0 has started to make improvements which are very reliable in its development.
once again eth has also started to be widely used again although it is not completely but will come back again in time.

People should understand that it's not about speed or cost-efficiency, but rather about decentralization and censorship-resistance. Why would I want to pay or wait less per transaction if the blockchain I'm using is completely unstable?

And for some, the price is an indicator of which has far better technology over the other. Solana is backed by FTX exchange which made it trusted by many investors.

But I don't think Solana will be the next ETH for there are still fewer projects on top of it. To me, Polygon has attracted more investors including Walmart and Warren Buffet's bank.

even though solana is included in the fantastic coin, but I think there is still a very high expectation that solana will be the next ethereum. Solana's power is still very far from ethereum, even I feel that Solana can't even compete with BSC yet. it's not only a matter of transaction speed and low fees, it's also a question of functionality and popularity. Until now, the ethereum user community is still very large. the density of transactions that people do makes gas fees go up. however, i feel that solana can't beat ethereum yet.

I think it might be, but not right now and not in just one night like everyone else does. Investing in Solana is a good idea because compared to Ethereum it has lowest gas fees and is a coin that people want I know that Ethereum is the best coin that Solana can't beat it and that investing in Solana is riskier than investing in Ethereum but it is thought that Solana will become more valuable and useful over the next few years Solana says it can handle about 50,000 transactions per second while Ethereum can handle between 15 and 45 transactions per second this can help Solana grow quickly which is one of the most important things for a coin to do if it wants to catch bitcoin and or Ethereum or even pass them.

honestly this statements doesn't make sense since ethereum isn't going anywhere, solana has higher chance of having its value gone than eth since eth having already went through various of corrections and still exists until today.

What surprised me is how poor the Solana blockchain is and yet they still get shout-out from those we were supposed to call the leaders in the industry. Solana always get blackout whenever there's a pressure and this goes to show how poor the blockchain is and shoudn't have been launched yet or pit under so much pressure die to the high marketing on the project. They're under delivering as people expectations much better performance than what it is currently providing. Solana will always be under the shadows of Ethereum.
Ethereum is the only layer 1 project that'll stand the test of time and still remain relevant others will die off and better alternative will be launched yet all will still be fighting to be recognized as the Ethereum killer.

Probably because they cant fix the outages and it would be laughable if its the Ethereum Killer their community has been shouting yet the Solana blockchain has shown there is a big problem that they cant fix for a year now.

Whenever I think of a token or chain that has some potential to compete with or take over Ethereum its Solana that comes to my mind. 
There is just too many problems with it like constant downtime and not as much hype for new project since there once was.  Also many security breaches from the last few months make we concerned. 
SOL is down close to 200 dollars per coin this year so if you have confidence in this project there is much profit to be made when the 'bull market' starts again.

I doubt this, solana have failed multiple times and the problem of shutting itself down out of nowhere still persists, Ethereum never had such problem in the past, I am thinking that another project will take Solana's place very soon unless the developer fix it's never ending problem.

Eth is the second coin in crypto next to bitcoin and it was the base of all altcoins. Without it, there will be no other altcoins so I think that eth is automatically placed in the second spot but for bnb, yes it is true that it takes time because binance exchange was a new exchange back in time and it also takes time to overcome other old exchanges and then they decided to create their own coin later which they called bnb.

You are right, there is a problem with solana's network last time but I don't think this encourages more people to get in because it doesn't sound positive. Many existing sol users are in fact stopped buying more sol for a while and they can even sell some due to doubts.
