Why don't you ask your crypto payment provider if they use the same XRP wallet for all their clients? That would clear things up a bit.

But apart from that there is a risk waiting when one casino is in trouble, the other casinos will have an impact

In xrp destinations tag is the uniqueness or the difference, usually if you send it from the exchange to the casino there will be a notification to fill in the tag so it is impossible for the transaction to be executed by the exchange without the user filling the tag.
Players must be careful when making a deposit to make sure everything is filled in correctly
However what you suggest to ask for a different xrp address can be considered by Punt as this is reasonable enough to prevent problems for players

Thank you for the explanation. Of course, destination tags are necessary because otherwise you (or your payment provider) would not be able to know which user made the payment and to which user you need to add the balance. I still find it strange that a serious payment provider only uses one XRP wallet (address) for all their clients. It just adds another layer of complexity to the bookkeeping, but I suppose that's the way it is.

As far as I know, the XRP wallet can reject any payment sent to your address if it doesn't specify a destination tag. But that depends on how the wallet is set up.

Yes, there are many exchanges that use the same wallet (address) for all XRP deposits, but have you ever seen two unrelated exchanges using the same wallet address?
That's what we have here. Two gambling platforms, unrelated to each other, sharing the same XRP wallet, allegedly because they use the same crypto payment provider. I'm not saying it's not possible, I just think it's weird.
