As long as I can understand, he is a player in punt and he made his own deposit(s) and played already in this casino.
That's why he could claim some previous code, means that he is not just a free-loader as he spent and risk his own money.
He cant claim the last code maybe because his last deposit was made more than a week ago, while the requirement for the last code is to have deposit _ wager in the last 7 days.
