Finally I managed to get my first VIP level here (Bronze) and the admin gave me a decent bonus at least higher than what I get at other casinos  

Punt casino is offering level up bonus and rakeback only to their VIP users at this moment. Where other casino gives daily, weekly, monthly and few more bonuses. Therefore, it is reasonable to get a bit higher level up bonus at Punt.com. What is the rakeback rate for VIP users? How much amount you have received for the level up?

Non level to Bronze they gave me $50 bonus and I can claim drop bonus 4 times because my wager is active for 7 days one of the conditions for claiming the drop

I dont really remember about the amount of level up reward in other casino for the same level, but I think punt give few more bucks. $10k wager is required to reach bronze level. So, $50 is a pretty good amount for the level up bonus there. The sum of different bonuses will be equivalent to $50 at other casino for $10k wager. I believe that Punt.com will decrease the level up bonus amount when they will add the weekly, monthly or other bonuses.

10% of the house edge is the standard amount for weekly and monthly bonus. But you may offer a lower bonus amount at the initial stage. However, slots game and in-house games have different house edge. You may make some adjustment in the rakeback part if you want to include some additional bonuses for users recent losses.

I agree, it is a good addition for sure, but there need to be some requirements (like wagering reguirement or a certain vip level) as otherwise spam will flood the chat. Every casino has its own requirements but I do hope there will also be a good moderation!

Currently, our RainBot activates every 10 minutes (6 winners per hour)! The only requirement to win is to simply chat. No rank is necessary to participate. However, the higher rank you have, the higher payout you will receive. In the future, if chat gets to spammy, perhaps we can make some modifications to the rules. Best of luck snagging some rain!

You don't have to worry about spam chats made by users to be able to get the upcoming rain.
However, the management anticipates this and we don't know what conditions will apply to be able to receive rain.
Each casino already has its own plans and conditions, so no matter how much a user spams a chat, if the manager uses other terms or conditions, spamming is useless and useless.
But I think the management is very clever in giving rain to a chat room because it can entice users to stay active in the casino.
Even though most casinos rely on the number of bets and the VIP rank of the user's account to be able to provide a bonus and it has proven effective, many users are pursuing the VIP rank by betting large amounts.

On some casinos they have moderators in the chat. They also programmed the rainbot to not give out rains to the spammers or those who are obviously chatting only to get rains. Apart from it is they have set a wagering requirement.

Some are high as 3k USD per week in order to be eligible. This seems crazy high already for someone who is only a small gambler so it's also kinda biased or unfair somehow even though not all small gamblers are only after the rains but they are also playing and chatting genuinely. So, I hope this one here punt will not overly set their requirements up to the highest level but just do it at the right level so that they can attract a lot of customers.

I don't quite like the idea of setting a wagering requirement to be eligible for chat rains. Chat rains are a reward for loyal and active users but also a way to give new customers a chance to test the casino. You can think of it as a faucet.
Regarding spammers, the best solution is to appoint chat admins to moderate the chat and ban spammers.
Other than the $0.1 every ten minutes, it seems a user is awarded ~0.00016 btc every hour!

Implementing Wagering requirements is one way of making rainbot not being abused. A rainbot can be easily abused if there are no restrictions to it like the account levels, wagering requirements or other restriction given that people can easily create multiple account and use it to claim rains. I also believe that casino should lower their requirements given that there are only small time gambler that can't afford the wagering requirements of some casino given that they only hold a few amount of dollars in their casino account and playing it wouldn't make you reach far unless you are lucky.

Frankly speaking I dont like that idea but once a site is becoming a big site where thousands players are active every day including in chat, there is no other way to reduce the spam except having wagering requirement because having moderators wont be really enough. Stake is for the example, spam is almost happen every single hour especially when there is a big rain.
