I don't quite like the idea of setting a wagering requirement to be eligible for chat rains. Chat rains are a reward for loyal and active users but also a way to give new customers a chance to test the casino. You can think of it as a faucet.
Regarding spammers, the best solution is to appoint chat admins to moderate the chat and ban spammers.
Other than the $0.1 every ten minutes, it seems a user is awarded ~0.00016 btc every hour!

This is exactly my point, once Punt have a lot of active users in chat, there is no other way to reduce spam except having minimum wager no matter to chat or to receive rains. Perhaps there is something like automatic filter that can be implemented in the chatroom to minimize spam, a filter that wont allow users to send short message (1 word only or emoticon only). Yes Punt is currently still small but as I can see they are improving enough, so it is possible if they keep improving their services and offers, they can be one of the biggest competitors to other older sites.

I don't know how Stake.com work but it's really not necessary to put such wager requirements for a penny money from rain that occur on random event. Maybe Stake is just often sending rain with huge amount which abuser and sewer boys attract.

Most of the casino has the rules that you need to wager a certain amount before you can send messages to the chat. But very few casino has the wagering or other requirements to be eligible for the chat rain. There are a lot of users at Stake. Some of them make a few hundred dollar rain to each user after having a big win. Stake has such wagering and KYC requirements to prevent the abusers who have multiple accounts.

Punt.com is a small casino at this moment. They are giving away small amounts through the rainbot now. I believe that punt.com will also create some rules for chat rain if their casino grows like Stake.

It doesn't matter how small the rains are worth, or how frequently the rain is done, i think the wager requirement is needed no matter what, else, many people will even setup bots, thousands of them and program them to collect the whole rain for their programmer, leaving real users with nothing or absolute peanuts to walk away with.

The wager requirement doesn't have to much considering that punt started not too long ago, stake current wager requirement is $500, punt could just make theirs $100, I believe this is not too much for a gambler to achieve.

I text messages more and more actively but the bot still choose another user I mean the user who get it in every rains

RainBot randomly selects a user that has been active chatting since the Bot has gone off. You can win multiple times in a row, it is totally random!

I guess that answers the worry of the others here, I've just followed the conversation and it's a legitimate concern for you Punt.com because of those spammers and cheaters that are flocking the chatbox and aims for the selection of the rains.

But if you say so that it's random and you've got confidence with that, so that validates the idea that you're aware of that concern and it's a total random selection for those active people chatting in the box.

Of course there will still be a few chatters that will be left but at least it is not filled with spam and we can see those who are really dedicated enough to have bonus by only being active on the chat. Yes it is not lucrative anymore but yeah this is way better than the old promotion if I'm thinking about the future of the casino. Even if your daily active users dropped after implementing this, It is nice to see the real ones who are really active and who really plays in the casino.
