FYI, I have made another withdrawal from Punt.com today, and it took 9 minutes to appear in the Blockchain. It means your casino sent the withdrawal amount to my address after 9 minutes. I know that how blockchain works. It is reasonable if the first withdrawal takes 10-15 minutes to send. You have a Strong point where most casinos have instant withdrawals even though sometime there may be a pocket of delay in the networks that will make the blockchain to be congested but most likely most of the casinos that we have around gambling, most of them does not have.

If this is the situation, I believe that it is instant on backend. Though there might be a confusion since front end is the only way that gamblers know that their withdrawal process is on process. I think to avoid this kind of circumstances, It is wise to put some kind of message like generating blockchain link as a waiting confirmation since you are advertising instant withdrawal and it is pretty much expected that the blockchain tx is also instantly displayed. I don't know if it's an API thing that make it delayed but it will be a helpful thing to do precaution warnings like small messages that "Waiting for blockchain TX link".
