I already had a small withdrawal with them and it took them exceptional 4 days to process 50 USD worth BTC.

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the issues you had based on my reply.

Today out of a miss-click I stumbled upon this thread again and shockingly had to realize that I indeed made back then a mistake. I was referring to https://www.puntcasino.com NOT to your Casino https://punt.com/   Not only is the logos, name and colors surprisingly similar, but the provider of https://www.puntcasino.com also always use Punt only inside their communications.

I realize the topic is a bit old already and I just could have let it go but I feel horribly bad for my mistake and I feel Punt.com deserves clarification and as far as I can to make sure their reputation is not at risk regardless.
