It seems that you won't get a direct response from the team representing Punt.com, just look at their posts in this thread, above and below your post, they only make posts like Bump who write about their casino but don't respond or interact, let alone answer everything. complaints, maybe you could try contacting the service support directly on their site, who knows, you might get an answer to your question.

I can probably only suggest that it's best to see how their interaction is on the forum, if there isn't any then the solution is their site, but if they don't respond to anything, it's better to gamble at another casino that cares more and responds to all user complaints, especially as the reputation of this forum is important, the less interaction with users will definitely be abandoned by many users of this forum.

Looking at the activity in their chatbox, it shows that there is also not enough activity both from players and from the casino side.

They could as well just left the thread inactive without spamming the thread constantly with bot,  activities recently.

I think it's nothing illegal to bump your own thread by current updates and promotion of your own casino. One thing I can see why other gambling ANN threads is way active than other ANN threads is because people have something interesting to talk about like new updates in the casino. If gamblers knows that there's a new update it basically means that they are active in playing in the casino and want to know the experience of other gamblers. Even if there's an active updates posted by the casino representative here, if no one is interested in it, obviously no one will talk about it or have sentiments with it.

With what they have now on the site, signature campaign wont really help because there is nothing special on the site.
They need to offer some attractive things to attract players to play, without good offers, any marketing campaign will be useless and it will be just waste of money.
So it is reasonable if there are not many players in this casino although they have been here for over than a year.

Other casinos are able to attract the gamblers from Bitcointalk forum with their attractive features. Better loyalty system, big collection of the games and sportsbook are the features which are attracting gamblers on other casino. Where Punt.com hasn't offered anything except the level up reward and rakeback. I had played with some deposits at Punt a few months ago. But I stopped playing there as I didn't find their loyalty system attractive. Yes, it seems people are starting to think that OP has left this thread even though it is important to share anything in this thread for example promotions or share any interesting information from the site in this thread rather than writing a few words to do some kind of Bump on this thread, it would be a shame if they leaving this forum and this thread when they could probably interact with the forum community to ensure that they don't abandon this thread.

I think the Punt team should be more active in this thread and often share more information about Punt by sharing screenshots to make this thread look more interesting, some people may care about this site that's why they come to give suggestions and reminds me too.
