They only look for the bottom and buy cryptocurrency then move to their wallets, not even exchange, they just Hodl. It's difficult only for those people who doesn't have any strategy at all. Even traders especially the professional ones can still make profit even we are in a bear market. For sure there are traders out there who are expert in futures trading, so I believe they can still make money.

As for me, I've seen the 2018 and 2022 bear market and I only have 1 strategy. Don't make unnecessary decisions and continue accumulating. I believe doing nothing or only a few actions are better in a bear market especially when we know that the market can anytime go down, it's better I think to just calm down, be patient and just watch movies .  Accumulating slowly during the bear market is the one that I recommend. bitcoin and ethereum are certainly the top choices, because these two coins are the top coins and have better development than others. BNB, Matic, Solana, Dot etc are some alternative altcoins to choose from for the long term. A bear market like today is certainly a good opportunity as long as we still have some spare money. If you still have potential coins but their value is decreasing, hold on and just wait. The market will surely recover from this situation. bull market is coming soon.
