This are just small tips on how to manage bear , when it comes to bear people are always scared of losing money scared of taking risk while some use it as an opportunity to make more fortune once they can hold while some become broke , selling during bear losing much amount of funds due to reasons some taking loan to invest e.t.c and so many other reason so am going to share some tips on how to overcome or manage bear.

-Remember that cryptocurrency markets are dynamic
If you look back in history bear always follow after the bullish experienced  and the market is always made up of four phases which are the
1-accumilation
2-makeup
3-distribution
4-markdown

-During market lulls, enlighten self.
During this period of experiencing bear learn more about crytocurrencies and also blockchain technology and also do more research on projects you considering to invest there are different platforms and books you can learn from during this period.

-Leave the graphs alone.
Once you keep steering at the charts then you start thinking and start worrying whether to hold or sell, put the charts away and set parameters  when to buy and when to sell it also helps.

-Take into account the long term goal . (HODL)
Think of the profits you will make when the price goes up when dealing with crypto you have a target once you want to go into trading of any form of investment holding for a long time is actually a good one and concluding during this experience make sure you are active  and educate your self more  , on things and guidelines that will help you succeed in any of the seasons either bear or bull.

I should say that this would be the best thing to be done whenever the market do really have some deep reds instead on freaking out and whining around just because you've seen your
portfolio is crashing.It cant really be avoided but once you are experienced then you do know on what to do.

Bear market is very frustrating to some while many are still see this one as an opportunity to accumulate and this is the best thing to do during bear market instead of panicking, though for me accumulation are only possible to good coins on a bear market because there’s a higher risk if you choose to invest on small project or in a new project, so better to always for the top crypto.

There is that psychological effect that makes us wanting to see the graphs. Whether bulls or bears, we want to see it at most time and that's what we want to see.

That's why if I'm emotional, I'll just let it all alone and won't look at it every now and then. It is what I've used to do for any condition of the market until I've managed to have that plain emotion.

But if you're not yet used to it, it can trigger you to sell at losses because you're looking at the numbers and the color red with your portfolio indicator which isn't really good.

that is if you are staking valuable coins, in which, there's a chance that they will improve their price once the market recovers. but if you happen to stake a seemingly crap coin and later on, the dev team abandon the project, you got screwed. so maybe, one way also is if your btc is just sitting, you can also put it into flexible savings or fixed savings under top platforms like binance. but it is all up to you where you want to stake and what coins to stake.

^ It will fvck you up when the staking platform will shut down, that is not really ideal when there is a bear market, even though Binance offers SAFU service but it does mean they are safe in staking our asset. Hold your coins when there is a bear market which of course under your control the private key.
A bear market is good for investors because it will give them a chance to invest in the market but it is frustrating if you are a holder which is the price down against the dollar. The real reason how to overcome the bear market is how to be a strong hand because holding in a long term will give you a best reward at the end.

I would say in bear market if you can HODL then it's best instead of looking at the charts always and listening to all the rumours and fake news flooding the market always.But this goes with only some good coins like btc not the normal tokens that can dump anytime and as you said accumulation at this phase is very helpful in getting more profits when bull run is back.

It's everybody's long game, for sure. The critical part of having to HODL is that you should consider everything to ensure that you are doing the right thing with everyone. Like how you can mentally overcome the disastrous thing that could happen if you think about your portfolio too much. It will take a toll on you, and that's not a good thing for sure.

If you already invested and if you used your own money for that investment, the easiest way to overcome a bear market are  

• Withdraw your Bitcoin to your wallet (non-custodial)
• Forget about it in next 2 years
• Prerequisites: your own money; no pressure to sell your coins for daily expenses; do research and know how long past bear markets usually last

With altcoins, except Ethereum and BNB, I don't recommend to hold any altcoin in bear market.

In my opinion I think to overcome a bearish market traders should take short-term trading , and take profit eachtime . On the others hand if anyone have lazy fund they can invest in the top pair of token and hold for longtime .And I will also suggest for bearish market to avoid new alt project for investing , because it's really hard to alive for them on this situation.
