Trust abuse by user SFR10

As promised, here are parts of the PMs I've received from one of the victims ^{[I'll censor some of the parts as a preventive measure to not completely expose the identity of the following user]}:

  My name is [censored] and I appreciate you taking action against YCTMatt. Here is what transpired:
  
  I saw in the Goods and Marketplace area that he was offering miners for sale. I saw all of the photos he provided and figured he would be legitimate because he was a member on this forum and I figured between the photos and videos he provided, I could trust him. So, I joined the telegram that he provided and after after many days of conversation with him, I took a chance and sent him the $4,150.00 in Bitcoin as requested (I provided the TX ID below so you can see). He was supposed to send me tracking within 24 hours, and he did, but the tracking number was a FedEx package that is going to Pomona, California, but I live in [censored]. He said it was an error on his part. I called FedEX to verify and they said the package was going to some company in Pomona, California and my name was not even on the package at all. I told YFT Matt about this and then he said I had to pay an additional $985 to get my package because there was some mis-understanding with his worker, Anne and the minimum order is not $4000, it's $6000 because he is the owner and changed the minimum order because he claims he only does big deals of $40,000+. I then told him I wanted a refund because this doesn't seem right at all as Anne said she asked her manager for permission and he said no problem (have screen shots if you need to see this). He said he would give me a refund no problem that very same day and gave me nothing. He then says, if I give him another $200.00, he can send the miner right away. I am absolutely refusing to send this individual anymore money and refusing to spend anymore time on this extremely stressful situation. He also threatened me multiple times in the chat and is extremely aggressive.

  The FedEx tracking number he provided: [censored] - a 2.6 pound package going to Pomona, California. Definitely not a miner, (The miner I ordered would be at least 30-40 pounds) and definitely not going to [censored].
  
  Further, he refuses to provide any information about himself or his "company". He won't give out his name, address, phone number or anything about himself at all. He provides nothing, except a one-time, one use Bitcoin address to send payment to. All he has provided is just some telegram address where he's selling miners well, well, well below retail cost at a price that simply isn't possible.

You can clearly see in image #3 they are telling me where to deposit the BTC for payment and in the last image, you can clearly see that they acknowledge they received the payment.

If someone wants to buy the miners we provide, we redirect the buyers to our Alibaba partners.
Whoever offer better price for the seller, he get recommended.

I believe you meant to type "buyer"... If one of your Alibaba partners, suddenly decides to scam one of "your customers", how would you handle the situation ^{[it's late right now so I can't find the thread that I'm looking for, but I'm pretty sure we already had a couple of cases in the past year alone]}?

None of my Alibaba partners would risk steal 4000$ consider all of us handle more than 20-40k as orders per day.
You don't have to believe me, simply check the Alibaba feedback system.
Now, if we follow the logic, and not some good paint.exe skills it is obvious that no one with his mind would trust new seller like us in this forum without protection.
You claim that this brand new member (like me) trusted another brain new member with 4000$+ without using security?

Correct me if i am wrong but, it seems like some unsatisfied "customer" which low ball offer was rejected trying to ruin something we don't even have here (reputation) with "trade" that never happened.
We have many people like this one contact us everyday, that don't surprise me at all.
I just like the power they put in once their lowball offers get rejected.

At the end of the day, the miner that I ordered from you was never sent. This cannot be disputed. The only thing you have delivered on was bogus FedEx Tracking Numbers, empty promises and lies. At the end of the day, you did not deliver anything you promised on, you never sent the miner as promised, and you never refunded me. Thus, I was scammed. If you actually process the refund as you promised, then I will certainly remove the negative feedback without hesitation. Until such time, I really don't have anything more to discuss with you and I urge other folks on the forum to never do business with you. I have provided all the evidence to the kind folks on this forum, as well as law enforcement as well.

We offer proof of ownership for our miners, we also offer secure way thru Alibaba and etc if the buyer needs buyer protection.
May we know the reason of your trust abuse? Because there is nothing else than trust abuse for this negative feedback.
If its because our topic is closed, this topic is not for negotiation, posts and etc.
We are using it to update daily prices, miners and stock.
We don't need any posts on it, we don't deal in the forum directly, only if customer needs it.
We are not here for feedback also, we already have big feedback from most of the biggest sellers in Alibaba.

You are a user looking to do business on a bitcoin forum, but not willing to do business the way that the users of this forum are used to doing business. You want users to blindly trust you, but you yourself are not trying to blindly trust an escrow provider from this forum who likely has hundreds if not thousands of successful transactions done.

This to me screams scammer. You also have a complaint against you which doesn't make your story believable. Then on top of that, you make a thread and lock it, which is typical scammer activity. I suggest you quit while you made your $4k and leave the forum.

AFAICR, the feedback system on Alibaba isn't perfect and there are actually organized groups specifically made to manipulate such things on that platform ^{[looks can be deceiving]}!
In addition to my "previous post", here are a few other screenshots with regard to threats made by the seller:

• Please see new attached screen shots. He refused to provide me any information about himself or his company, other than to go call some of his other friends/vendors and ask them about YCT Matt to provide street credit. Also, on Telegram, there is not even a phone number to call (when you click the call button to speak to him, Telegram says the owner deleted it).
  
  With respect to the threats, he gave me countdowns of 10 minutes, 60 seconds, etc. to remove the negative feedback I left or he will "make them serious". He has been beyond aggressive in all of the messages he's communicated with me.

Of course i am not willing to use forum well known for its scamming and non-moderated scams with previous history of 4+ scamming escrows.
Positive or negative feedback on this forum means nothing to us, we already have strong business with big re-sellers and this only prove google reviews and everything said to this forum.
We tried to do business here and give people opportunity to buy miners at little bit better price, but we still like how people buying it from our re-sellers which is also okay with us.
It doesn't really matter any opinions from people who never bought from us directly ( but from our re-sellers ).
All we see here is competition push, but sadly, nothing can push us in thru legit websites with legit escrow system.
People place false feedback, attacking for no reason, and other newbies claiming to paid us thousands dollars just like that.
Funny thing is this forum, no wonder there is only very few from thousands active thru the years.
Since we don't care about any feedback or reviews on here, we will continue giving the opportunity to new buyers to buy miners at better price.
