This doesn't look like a bitcoin private key[1] and to answer your question, you can't tell to which wallet a private key belongs to. If it's a valid private key, you should be able to import it anywhere you want.

I use Linux as my daily driver and it looks like PGP or SSH private key rather than Bitcoin private key. For now, i only can recommend you to jog your memory about when or how you obtain that private key.

AFAIK the bitcoin uses 32 byte private key, but this private key seems to be way more that 32 bytes, so I think it does not belong to a bitcoin address.

The store format seems to be PKCS8.
