Good day everyone.I made a deposit Dogecoin,tried the slots of this casino.When it came to the payment, I waited and did not receive an answer from support, why is my payment taking so long, which they never paid. They ignored my questions in Telegram. It has been 7 days and there is still no payment.all proofs are here

This printscreen site is shit to be honest. Please use the site https://postimg.cc for image hosting and repost them for better visibility. I spent 10 minutes to check the images on my Tor connected Firefox browser but failed. When anyone have hard to time study your case, they will just ignore it. After all everyone is voluntarily checking your case.

Another bad experience, you are not the first to have withdrawal problems. And to make matters worse, it looks like support has stopped responding to customer complaints.
 I can't suggest anything as far as I'm guessing your chances are almost zero, but someone should raise a red flag againts this user.

It seems that 8BET casino has two representatives on the forum: 8Bet and 8betnews.
The first account was not active for several months, but the second account is still active and regularly bumps the 8BET.io thread. I suggest you try sending a PM to both accounts or raise a flag on their main account that might get their attention.

If this does not help (you do not hear back from them within a few days), you can update this topic with all the relevant information (see this Scam Report Format) and then create a Flag against 8Bet and 8betnews accounts.

8betnews is active almost every day, so he should see your message there.

It's hard to tell if 8betnews is a bot or a real user. He seems to post very little on the forum, and it seems like he doesn't engage in any conversations with members. He was active again today but all he posted was just another promo update for the casino.

@SerhiyN3 was flagged by the system for multiple user accounts with same profile all claiming multiple free promos (many many free lotto tickets, many many free spins and free money promos). To put this in context, @SerhiyN3 account has been active for many months with only freebie claims (many many of these), just the one deposit made recently, and withdrawn similar amount to deposit (about $8).

Unfortunately we do have many fake users who are just trying to use 8BET for freebies only, many of them making multiple accounts to try to make even more profits - and so the system has multiple safeguards and protections against these types.

In good faith, we will ask the support team to clear this user's withdrawal despite the flags of multiple accounts, and their funds will be released. However we will respectfully ask this user @SerhiyN3 to no longer play at 8BET and will no longer be welcome to the regular freebies.

They will allow you to withdraw your funds, even though they found out that you are cheating what more can you ask, you only win 125 dogecoin/$7,97, they will not keep it, they just want you out of their platform that's all they ask if they treat all their winners like what you accuse them,  we'll have hundreds of complaints and they will first do that to those with thousands of dollars of withdrawals.

I could not understand why you could not open the prnt screen image in 10 minutes. I have opened both image prntscrn as well as https://postimg.cc/ and I noticed both took almost same time to understand. If Op could provide .jpg/,png format then that could be easier for the reader as if anyone quoted that post then all images could be visible like below images:

Your screenshots don't show proof that you failed to withdraw DOGE from the casino. The official forum representative has confirmed that to be the case but you haven't showed it in the thread.

This image for example, https://postlmg.cc/627qFg9w, shows a balance of 84 Doge and the slider is not positioned all the way to the top. That means your latest account activity is missing and we can't see it. The casino hasn't provided any proof of their claims that you have multiple accounts, but since you are trying to withdraw $8 worth of crypto, I believe them more than I believe you. Abusing bonuses with multiple accounts is against the rules of all casinos and you are actually lucky you get to keep your money. If, of course, it's true and you are using multiple accounts. But that's not something you will admit anyway.

I don't think there are any case at all in this topic. The merit of the topic is nearly zero. Who is in their right mind will believe that for $8 a casino is going to give so much stress to their reputation? By the way, I have no idea how reputation 8bet are though. But still.
