who to trust in gambling sites?

If you're basing your decision on bloggers, you need to base your decision on yourself. There could be things helpful from those write-ups but still, you need to verify if all of them are real and accurate.
That's why we're all free to test all casinos that we wish to gamble with and try them out using our own pockets. Some do offer play money but you need to look at what you think suits the experience you're looking at.

They are mostly getting paid for it but it doesn't mean all the casinos they are promoting through their blogs are scam one's like sometimes legit casino also apply it through marketing and sponsorship deals with these bloggers but it all depends on us that we don't follow them blindfolded but always do our own research reading reviews or testing with small amounts to get the results.

Don't trust the blogger's list because it is not reliable. They might be paid to do that or just copy pasted their list for their own benefit and not because they tried it themselves to come up with such list. Since you're already here in the forum, you can look for popular sites here where majority of gamblers are playing.

I am not a user of many online casino at the same time, and right now, I think Stake.com, being the only casino I am currently playing on, is my most trusted casino, there are several other great casinos on this forum that are highly trusted, but for me personally, I can't couch for a casino I have not used or played on.

Can you give an example for the small casino you are talking about especially the one that promote themselves in this forum? What you need to think wisely is that all casinos in this world started from new site without reviews, with low traffic, etc. You cant generalize or judge all new sites as bad site that wont pay your winning. However if you are worrying for such thing, do not even try new sites and stay on your favorite sites only that you have proven yourself that they are paying all your winning.

based from the OP's profile, he registered on this forum last dec 2022, so just only few months here. hence, he maybe is not yet familiar with all the reputable sites that he can find in this board. but lurking around this board alone will give him a lot of info about these casinos. he can start reading the trust summary or their thread itself. there are so many valuable feedbacks that he can extract from those posts, and most can't be read from outside sources. as he goes thru his journey here, i am more then positive that he will understand which casinos are the go-to of most forum gamblers.

I used to only trust the larger, well-known sites that others recommended. I had little faith in smaller, lesser-known sites because they may not provide satisfactory service or could potentially scam customers. However, since joining this forum, I have discovered new casinos that have started off well and have the potential to become more prominent. As long as these new casinos remain active on this forum, I have found that many of them are trustworthy.

OP, in my opinion it is better that you do your own research about good casinos and besides that, you should also trust your on experience on casinos.
In this business there are a lot of bloggers and review webpages that can be biased for some reason, the usual is some kind of promotion.

You can keep a little money on one side specifically intended for you to try casinos that catch your attention, so you can take your own notes on them.

In the meantime, since you already have mentioned Stake, it would be ideal if you stuck to it while you experiment and find some other casino what satisfies your needs. It is better to go safe than sorry, anyways.
