Second, add direct link to each contest, not only about the title because if you add the direct link, anyone who want to participate can easily click it.

Third, you need to add the contest posted in Games and rounds board too because it's still about contest and for Bitcointalk users.

Fourth, I suggest to remove the contest which already paused or closed in the list, why we need to know if the contest is paused or closed?

I kinda feel like contests and giveaways are pretty easy to find without having the extra thread. Services section, games & rounds, and occasionally gambling section have all the active contests in the 1st 1-2 pages.

It is good to include the contest in the games and rounds as you mentioned .
It is OK to include any contests that is paused because an interested user will have an eyes on it to see when it will resume again.
I think you are right for them to remove contests that are ended or closed. Because if they have to include closed contests, it means they will trace back to when the forum started.

During the past few years, the number of Contests campaigns is rare. AFAIK, the last review campaign was several months ago, and from time to time campaigns for visual content or the best painter, or video content and others occur. Therefore, updating this list may be every 3 days to a week, which is a period Enough for everyone to share.

Therefore, the benefit of such topics will be little if you are committed to keeping the list updated.

It's up to you, and I hope someone can benefit from it.

Well, just like others said, contest threads are rare its like maybe once or twice a month or so, while giveaways have particular board, so having a thread for such is something you both can and can't keep it since there are lots of giveaways in G&R board. Well, if you think you can keep it updating this thread, then just, yeah.

I agree here, maybe the status can be:
- Open, still accepting new submissions.
- CFNS (closed for new submissions), currently judging/voting stage.
- WA (winners announced), this status also indicates that the contest name will be removed from the list after a few days.

I see @OP now include giveaway in this thread, you should add free raffle on collectibles board too. You should update it everyday and watch every new thread in those boards, don't wait until other users mention it.

A paused contest don't have any guarantee it will be resumed, I know it's because of the project's representative than the campaign manager who tend to choose soft words. They're usually say they will review it and may continue the contest in the future rather than say this contest is the last contest and we will not launch it anymore.

Review campaigns don't have to be in the contest category in my opinion, there's no champion position up for grabs..

I think he want to compile all thread that related to reward or money.

This kind of thread will only serve its purpose if there is commitment, if it is regularly updated. If not, this will just be forgotten like many other overview or compilation threads that came before this.

Anyway, I agree with noorman0 that review campaigns are neither contests nor giveaways. Furthermore, contests that have ended don't have to stay on the list. After all, your heading is "All Available Contests." The list would also grow too long if it always includes those that have already ended.

Also, this list seems to specify only those offered in the services section. Most of the giveaways, however, are posted in the games and rounds. There are also those in the collectibles section.

Very apt...when I saw too many give aways and it took me to the games and rounds child boards. That's too generic or otherwise telling us there  is a board called games and rounds were give aways are done.
If Op can put more efforts in this thread by being more specific, it will be forgotten and buried.
But if it is well formatted and updated, it is a nice thread people can visit to know which contest or giveaway is happening.

Oh! we started this idea on our Local board, we can say that it happened before this topic.

I don't think it's a fail thread, you just simply update it from every contest that's going on.
