From what I see you seem to have misunderstood/mixed up what blockchain explorer means, what a DEX is and how OTC works and want to invent something that is either already existing, either cannot be done in the way you're imagining it (i.e. I think that the trades will be either P2P, either OTC, but not both).

So, you basically want to build a DEX? We already have a few of these, but hey, the more the merrier.

Help you with what? I'm pretty sure you have no idea what you're talking about nor do you have any programming skills or experience. So you need a full stack developer, and such things cost money. To motivate someone to invest their expertise and time in your project, you need to offer something in return. What are you offering?

I am still to decide if he's trolling or it's just a completely confused kid who wants to make a crypto business (i.e. earn money) without any correct knowledge about bitcoin whatsoever and without a basic understanding on how to run a business (have a clear idea, discuss with professionals whether it can be done or not, acknowledge that people must be paid for their effort).

It's not called block explorer. People usually would give label P2P or DEX.

New transaction protocol? Will you use soft fork or hard fork to activte such protocol on Bitcoin network? Could you share technical detail of your "new transaction protocol"?

You are right, even if we want to find a way to help OP with the project he keep asking for help but he doesn't tell what does he really need from us.

I don't see how this will help the traders, a site with a P2P exchange is not a block explorer, that's an exchange, so, it's confusing. I feel like the main idea isn't clear at all.

OP, if you really need help, just be clear in what you need, but don't expect to get people to work for free.

You have to first learn to walk before you run.

You should continue learning the basics of Bitcoin and increase your understanding to learn the difference between things like a block explorer and an exchange. Then you can start by contributing to existing projects instead of trying to create something yourself, specially if you don't have the necessary skills to do so.
And I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here that this whole thing wasn't a shady scheme all along.

I am an extremely busy person, doing other things beside Bitcoin. So I am looking for some one or a group of 3 or 4 people who can help me out to build a New Block Explorer Platform and I will provide full instructions with few new profiles that needed to be implemented.

As some of you have mentioned, that I do not want to spend money for it, that is incorrect. I will pay a good amounts of money but I need to discuss the matter with them who can help me to build it.

I am not a troll. Nor I am a kid.  I am an experienced Digitsl Monk. I do not have too much free times to collect codes from gitbub and do it myself. This is why I have placed this thread in the forum to find few people who can help me.

It is not just an ordinary Block Explorer but it will consist with many other features and transaction mechanism that will be within the New Bitcoin Block Ecplorer.

By the looks of it, you're most likely both.

This is very hard to believe.

Exhibit #1:

When you generate a new BTC address it automatically generate a private key and store it in the local blockchain private key dataxtorage. If you connect your computer you cannot be sure that if a pink back spy wares is present in your computer it will ultimately Transport to the hacker.

I do not have too much free times to collect codes from gitbub and do it myself.

Not to mention a lack of basic understanding of the Bitcoin or blockchain technology, or any expertise whatsoever. I can't even imagine the demands you would make of a developer who would be crazy enough to work with you.

He actually needs a wordpress site and keep posting blog about how to troll bitcoin community. Make it a course and sell it to others to make some money. He started with zero knowledge of bitcoin, then the offshore company and now again showing he has zero knowledge of even knowing what a block-explorer is for? 🤣
