A good plan for the development of Twitter in the future, I'm sure after belonging to Elon Musk, Twitter can develop into the best and of course profitable social media, now Elon Musk will audit on a bot account and it is certain that Twitter users will be more happy with the loss of the bot account in twitter.

Yes - that's correct. If he overcomes this bot account problem, twitter will be very much authentic - bot free space.
By the time Elon Musk - has purchased twitter I am noticing people are happy and celebrating the arrival of new owner.

Now that Elon Musk is buying Twitter officially, I feel like the world can start getting back to normal a little bit. Maybe this will be the start of the tide turning back to sanity. Twitter's stock paused shortly after news that he agreed to continue buying twitter at an initial valuation of 44 billion. Elon is playing tricks, he knows he won't be able to get out of the deal he started. The news comes two weeks in advance as both sides are due to appear in court on October 17, maybe he doesn't want to get in trouble with unprofitable lawsuits and damage his reputation. If he loses the lawsuit, he will be forced to buy twitter, otherwise he will have to pay a contract of 1 billion.

I personally think he will buy twitter sooner or later, but he wanted a better price that caused these scandals, but he ended up buying at the price he offered right away from the beginning.

Bro, I still can't stand you but it sounds like we're both on the same side of the political spectrum--or at least we appear to detest the way this world is becoming.  "Nonbinary" as a thing has got to exist strictly in a small number of countries, because I can't imagine some dirt-poor people in Africa, Asia, or even South America suddenly realizing they're neither male nor female....but that's a separate topic for P&S.

So Musk did end up buying Twitter?  I thought I was keeping up with that situation and last I heard he'd backed out.  Did that change recently, or did I miss a whole bunch of details?

This is just insane. The twitter stock just skyrocketed after the news came in. It went up by 22% within minutes. Everyone will be regretting about not purchasing this stock, when it was trading at sub-40 levels. I am still waiting for the reaction from the far-left cabal that currently runs Twitter, such as Parag Agrawal and Vijaya Gade. Anyway, some people are still claiming that this is just another delaying tactic from Musk and the deal will never get materialized.  BTW, here is the tweet in which he confirmed the purchase:

It's fitting that we all here have a better perspective on how Musk's company plays a key role in the big narrative, whether it's about Elon Musk and what his plans are for the next decade or so.

In addition to technological and financial insights, I hope that Musk's efforts at tackling social issues are something the Bitcoin community can take away. It is possible that going forward Bitcoin's success will depend on its ability to cope with the growing need for decentralization.

In the end, he was a man with many flaws and a lot to learn. Don't expect him to save humanity from climate change or interstellar space travel. Musk has plans for the world and his company is not one to be ignored.

Looks like Elon Musk is back at it again to buy Twitter. The stock price dropped a lot from the first take over battle and now jumped straight back up to the price level during the first take over attempt, even reaching a new ATH. The first time the negotiations took probably too long and the price rallied too high. Now half a year later the world has completely changed, stocks have tanked a lot due to the ongoing economic issues and still the price is the same as before. I am sure Elon Musk thought about this a lot and wouldn't come back for round 2 if the wasn't convinced that he is going to pull it off this time. For all the investors who still are holding Twitter stocks I would keep holding. Buying right now at 52 USD seems really expensive. Also the banks who are doing the financing are not really happy about the deal the 12.5bn USD debt Elon Musk secured for the deal is split between several banks who are going to struggle to get it off their books. Now with rising interest rates the loans don't look so attractive anymore as an investment for potential investors.

The question for me now is if Tesla stock is done being sold off to make this purchase.  Tesla stock has seen some dramatic drops in the last week, with the likely reason being Elon selling off more shares to make sure he can finance his Twitter purchase while also making sure he has the funds to survive the coming economic calamity.  If he is done selling, this could be a Tesla buying opportunity, but if he's planning to sell more, obviously it's best to wait until he's finished.  He's said multiple times now that he was done selling, but I don't believe that and think he's the reason behind the drops this week.  I guess we'll find out soon enough, but for now it's looking like possibly a decent entry point.
