Like two days ago, Elon Musk in an interview says Twitter ads be better to be paid in bitcoin. Elon Musk has 82.4 million shares of Twitter which is 10.3% of Twitter. Recently he wants more of Twitter and wants to buy Twitter.

I think I read somewhere that Elon Musk mentioned that Twitter should be a "private company." Though I have no idea about his goals in general, it is heavily implied that everything he does is with regard to increasing the price of doge in the future.

I doubt twitter will fail. It will continue to be a popular social network, but the question is different. Is it worth buying Twitter shares if Musk bought them. For me the answer is no. The company is worth $36 billion and doesn't make any profit.

I see a lot of Tyranny in his statement. So, having the most shares gives you the right or puts you in a position to better buy over someone's ideas. He even got to view himself as the only one that could bring twitter to its fullest potential and I wonder what that could be. I think this idea came up given the fact that, he provided some space network for Ukraine to ensure communication in the on going war when the disruption to this happened.

This is the way news has been focused on within the last month: Russia/Ukraine-->Will Smith/Chris Rock-->Elon Musk/Twitter.  I'm left wondering why the Ukraine invasion lost its importance (I know it hasn't, but you wouldn't know it based on what professional Youtubers are talking about).

In any case, I couldn't care less what role bitcoin plays in Elon Musk's bid to take over Twitter.  So that aside, I think Twitter needs a very serious shaking up in its headquarters, because they're a bunch of scumbags who take their orders from the US government and will censor any viewpoints that don't align with Uncle Sam's.  In addition to that, they're extremely left-wing so they're more than willing to censor any offensive content dealing with race, sexuality, etc., and I hate that.

The way I understand it, Musk is very pro-freedom when it comes to speech (and I hope I'm right about that), so if he wound up running Twitter, I think it'd be a very different company and likely a better one.

Do not get me wrong, I am not saying he is buying Twitter to be able to increase the value of doge. I would guess that Jack Dorsey doesn't really need money at all. I mean he is rich enough, at a certain point in life, when you have enough money, you could just say "screw this I am going home" and just have fun. He is at a level of wealth where I am pretty sure he would never need money again.

He probably has a huge house, could still get even bigger, get people who could help with the house, like butler and cook type of things and a driver to drive him around, he could send his kids to best schools, he could eat wherever he wants, he could travel to wherever he wants. Why we are so serious to debate Elon Musk's offer to Twitter? We know that Elon Musk often makes jokes or trolls on Twitter. There is no urgent need for him to buy Twitter, he won't buy Twitter just for fun. I don't think he is trying to own Twitter because he wants freely to trolls shits tokens, he can do it for free as a Twitter user. What I think regarding his offer, Elon Musk just wants everybody to think he is serious to take over Twitter. In reality, he never has a serious intention to buy Twitter, just testing how people respond to it.

Yes, he's just testing the underlying thoughts of common people. For sure he will be having big plans to make money and not for the reason of giving the freedom on speech. You are not getting it. I believe that Elon's real intention was to expose the authoritarian stance of the Twitter Board. They shot themselves in the foot, by coming up with draconian proposals such as poison pill. Because of their actions, Twitter's reputation has been tarnished and there is a general feeling that Elon has been mistreated. Now, its just so difficult to say if, the Tweeter CEO is going to give it up or not. I was also thinking about the same but one thing is moving around in my mind. He is one of the biggest share holder of twitter so i guess he could force to join twitter board of directors. Just because Elon buys a company, doesn't mean he will do something amazing. I get that people are expecting a lot from him because of the companies he owns and the weird personality he has, but at the end of the day he didn't really "achieved" anything himself, it was always people around him or people before him.

I think some of the root causes are centered around there being far too few social media companies in the market and not enough healthy competition. This is exactly what he did with Tesla as well and he knows it works. He wasn't the founder of Tesla as many people believe, he was just a minor investor when he first got in, but it was like a concept rather than an actual car company, it was nowhere near the hype that it has right now.

I think that's what he means. Frankly, nobody needs to be a billionaire and these people should be taxed like hell. The capitalist system is the best we have got and driving innovation does need to be rewarded, however there need to be limits. Every billionaire currently in existence could easily live multiple lifetimes in sheer opulence with less than 10% of their wealth. That wealth often sits around doing little else but making them rich, or allowing them to buy things like twitter so they can manipulate free speech and public opinion. It was basically just not "ownership" that he desired. He wanted to change some things on twitter that he felt like needed and he wasn't capable of doing that which resulted with him buying it. The question for me now is if Tesla stock is done being sold off to make this purchase.  Tesla stock has seen some dramatic drops in the last week, with the likely reason being Elon selling off more shares to make sure he can finance his Twitter purchase while also making sure he has the funds to survive the coming economic calamity.  If he is done selling, this could be a Tesla buying opportunity, but if he's planning to sell more, obviously it's best to wait until he's finished.  He's said multiple times now that he was done selling, but I don't believe that and think he's the reason behind the drops this week.  I guess we'll find out soon enough, but for now it's looking like possibly a decent entry point.
