As more and more projects keeps unveiling in the crypto and Blockchain industry and many unemployed, self employed and employed are picking up new roles and careers in the crypto and Blockchain industry how much importance will government jobs add to the future generation many will opt you working for projects that will keep them and their earnings anonymous for life especially working as a Blockchain dev or community Manager. If we go by intense stat the crypto and Blockchain space offers more secured, privatized , decentralized and always evolving opportunities. If some of the government officials leave office, other people will replace the the government officials and become the government officials. People needs job, some are underemployed, some people are looking for government work. How many job can crypto provide people? Even many people are still unemployed today.

There are a lot of things available in the crypto industry but I doubt they're also that well paid too and could really compete with many governments for workers.

Crypto have opportunities, but the world is diversified, people will always have different things they like, people are also exposed to different things in life. When you take blue as your best color, you will see another person that is going to pick your worst colour as his/her best colour. All some people like about crypto is to stake, buy and hold, while some just like to trade, while some people will not just go for anything related to crypto. Who did say become a Blockchain dev or community manager is an anonymous job? most of them got asked to provide KYC in order to make sure they didn't get scammed and if there's anything goes wrong, they can easily call police to hunt the workers.

Crypto and blockchain doesn't offer privatized and decentralized, it's depends on the project. Most of the project nowadays isn't private and decentralized anymore due to regulations that would harm their projects.

Until there is a collapse of government, government jobs will continue to exist and be highly sort after. In my country for instance, some people go after government jobs because it pays well, reliable and permits a lackadaisical behavior to work, which gives them the opportunity to do other things, some other jobs soak up all of your time.

I may not be totally correct but I think that in the future, the so-called government jobs will still be relevant because the would have either would have incorporated the different elements of crypto and Blockchain industry or they would have adopted it fully. The government will partner with those in the industry and we will see the creation of jobs in this space.  That is why it is important to skill up to prepare for what is coming.

The only "job" that crypto will really compete with government is the central bank. The capability to print money


I don't think governments will stop printing money , neither that bitcoin will replace fiat.

These two fields are different and there will always be that opportunity to come for both of it. While we see too many openings are coming for crypto related jobs, the government opportunities will remain to be there.

there's really big difference when it comes to crypto and regular jobs under the government. at any rate, crypto jobs for me is considered to be a freelancing job, so it is in your own accord how you can exhaust all your benefits as you are the one who will determine which you will secure for your future. with govt jobs, it is already established and defined for most.

As long as there is a need for government work, there is certainly a constant need for those who will work in it. Just as it happens with jobs in the field of blockchain technology, the more diversified its uses, the greater the need for it, and the more jobs in it, the greater the demand for employees.
There are many government jobs that technology can't replace, so it's too early to say that blockchain jobs will replace government jobs.

Government jobs will exist for as long as governments exist, and they are a significant portion of the job market. Meanwhile crypto jobs are just a tiny niche with very uncertain career growth prospects, because who knows if crypto will still be popular in 10 years? The best crypto jobs are just regular jobs that are applied to crypto. Programming, advertising, management and so on.

Honestly, it's very detached from reality to think that crypto is actually replacing some government function, that's just a fairy tale that crypto evangelists aka shills say.

I don't even think there's a problem here. There are a LOT of people out there that would take up a government job imo since, well, it's the government. They occupy a huge number and will always accept people, and there are always people that are looking for jobs. The crypto market may have more opportunities and whatnot, but it's only a part of the entire job market, not to mention the uncertainties in certain jobs (such as trading).

Doesn't that mean that people should've just idk, went for tech dev since those kinds of jobs pay higher? Individuals have their own wants for what jobs they want imo, pay isn't the only thing that is involved when it comes to choosing your job, though I won't deny that it's a large factor. Crypto has vast opportunities IF you know how to use them and develop them and even then, not everyone would actually know (or want) to do it imo.

It's a fact many jobs will not exist in the future anymore, because machines are replacing human labor through automatic working processes. Where those people are going find an income to feed themselves and survive in this chaotic world is still a mistery, though. I think the tendency is to see an increasement in jobs of public sphere, because governments will see the creation of new spots as a possible solution to not let people starve without any money on their pockets.

Crypto jobs must increase in demand futurely, and even be integrated to the structures of our governments, so somehow one thing is connected to another, therefore to answer OP's question more precisely, government's jobs won't become irrelevant.
