The plan is to reach more than a thousand sites listed, but i corrected it for now.

What would you expect? Most of the review/guide sites do always attached out their referral links which is always been the case and not totally surprising thats why whenever
i do see something new sites that is related to this then i do mostly ignore(sorry for being harsh)

I have gone through the site, thought I don't know how he got his ratings and how he base his criteria for listing but I could say that a glance at the site will reveal that the sites at your list trusted and known. Unlike some reviewers who present to us totally strange sites who heavily influenced them with some pays.

For the referral links it's normal, if you want to proceed playing with the sites at as first timer you could chose to use the link or ignore and follow the site directly.

I wonder if there's a system or let's just say an FAQ for each sites like these such as what criteria is used to give a review about that casino though ratings and reviews can be biased or just copied from other review sites just to have people who are new to the casino create an account and the site owner will be the referrer. I think that they're both connected for real and that's why it's labeled with that as OG site or there could be more with that story. And, only OP can tell that.

I think op still working on the site and I hope to see more exchanges on the site from what I've seen so far. I saw Brave as part of the exchanges and I was surprised if Brave is an exchange because what know about it is just a browsing app that one can use to search the internet just like other browsers that we do use.
Op need to also give reasons why he made some casinos to be at the top so we can understand the criteria used.

It's best if OP explain each site that was mentioned on the list so that we don't have to waste our time trying to find the best gambling sites. And the way I read the replies above it seems that those links will give them money once they clicked the link. Nice try for OP, though but it would be best if he could give his honest review to each gambling sites.

I've seen several of these links claiming they were the best but most of them aren't true it's just a propaganda so that almost everyone would believe such claims. It's best if you know one or two best gambling sites for you so that you won't waste some time trying to test each site for your liking based on their claims.

The design looks pretty neat and clean tbh, just that I think it's pretty lacking in content. Plus as others have said, I think your criteria could be included, maybe in a separate tab so other curious people can know about your specific criteria and possibly the sources that you've used. Other than that, well, it's like any other review site imo, so if you're not planning to change that, adding more content would be your best bet.

Might be as credit since as OP said, the design team basically helped a LOT in the development of the site so they're pretty close to being like half of the developer for the site or something.

The design is not confusing and has a good placement image in every category. As the site is a new review gambling site, it is still a better site in the future. Can you make a list of the casino that allows people to use VPNs and add them to one new category? If so, that would be interesting to see the list. But to do this, you may ask one by one of the casino sites to know it.

Maybe you should think about what makes people come to your site so that it can help you to boost the visitors to visit your site. Besides that, you should add your site to the gambling directory site and start promoting your site.

Instead of just saying on the Homepage of "Top Crypto Sites", why not change it to "Top Crypto Gambling/Casino Sites" since the thing you're showing there was a gambling platforms like Stake. Instead of just scrolling it all the way down to check what's listed, I think it's more interactive if you put it on menu list I think

This is just one of the many sites that are created to spread people's affiliate links to generate referral income for the owner or owners of the site.  There are really not anything spectacular that are being offered on the site, that will pull you back to use it again.

They should add value added content that will benefit the visitor to their site, not just income for them. (Examples : Betting strategies / Game & Casino reviews / links to good betting bots etc...)
