Hey, is there a way for the fan speeds can go less than 25%? I have the custom speed range set at 0 - 100% (default) but the lowest the fans go is 25%. Target temps at 60c, temps are at 54c. Would expect the fan speeds to drop more

One way is changing the min_fan_pwm and or setting the minimum required fans to 0. Devs recommend against doing this because there is a chance at boot that the miner will overheat before the fans have a chance to act, especially in hot weather conditions.

I have used braiins for years.

Switching to a slower fan may work.

Beat the summer heat with thermal auto-recovery, plus more flexibility and security upgrades.

1️⃣ Thermal Auto-Recovery
• Miners shut down at 90°C to protect hardware
• Auto-Recovery resumes hashing after 3 hours, no manual restart needed
• On by default for AC and immersion miners
• Configuration → Advanced → Auto-Recovery After Overheating

2️⃣ Support for PSUs without voltage feedback
• Pair a no-PIC miner (like S19 XP) with a PSU from a PIC miner (like S19J Pro)
• Hash with the parts you already have
• Configuration → Advanced → Allow missing voltage feedback
• Recommended only if you understand the risks

3️⃣ Startup delay
• Stagger rig startup after curtailment to manage power draw
• Set a max delay and miners start hashing within that window

Does the latest version allow apw3++ PSU to be used on units without a Loki board?
Luxor has a PSU bypass feature, was wondering if braiins does as well?
As I prefer the braiins OS over others

it would be a good feature.

those psu's do 12.5 volts with no tweaks

and with a tweak it could do 13.5 volts.

flat rate just a steady number.
