I simply don't believe it. Not any instances that this project will soar high if the situation is still in a bear market as that only happens if Bitcoin does first or there is price manipulation. So, whoever that person pretending as an expert or crypto analyst, honestly, he makes such wrong speculations and no basis. I believe, if there is a pump will happen but that was not like we see during the bull season.

Scalpers will never try to invest in a big cap coin caused by these kind of coins are not worthy with their time.
