I would most definitely wait for Serenity a.k.a. Ethereum 2.0 to pop up before making any decisions on the rivals of Ethereum. Things gonna change big time with Serenity.

There are a lot of such opinions of analysts. Some predict a fall and such that it will be very bad if it happens. Others are talking about a price increase especially in 2025. If you listen to everyone, then it’s confusion and it’s better then not to invest at all. Conclusions are up to you. Blockchain is good and many projects are tied to it. So my humble opinion is that everything will be fine and the price will go up. If not this year, then next year it should happen.

Power outages happen most of this year and if true, we started bear season late last year so it's not hard to understand why sol hasn't had any recent pumping. Sol as well as the top coins have lost 80%-90% of their value against ATH, but now Sol is attracting many NFT developers showing that it still has a lot of potential to exploit. Sol is backed by top VCs so I think it's still a potential future project.

I have no argument when talking about the potentiality of this project but if we talk about it will soar this year, I tend to disagree with this. We are totally in the bear season, no coins will ever pump and make a rally without a good reason, and hype was not considered good but kinda be a trap. And I don't think also that hype will happen.

nah Solana is dead long term. Over the course of this year, seeing as how the network constantly breaks like every couple of weeks, Solana has shown that something is simply broken in how they made it. If it was just that first time it broke last November and then they fixed it that would be one thing. But it just kept happening again and again and again month after month after month. Solana simply doesn't work. It got hyped up last summer on some NFT stuff but that was it. Then since late last year it became the least reliable network. A crypto platform ain't worth much if you can't even keep it up and running.

I have no argument when talking about the potentiality of this project but if we talk about it will soar this year, I tend to disagree with this. SOL dumped real hard because of the bear market and constant network outages. Unless developers come with something new and fresh, I don't think SOL's going anywhere soon. Whales could pump the price, though. But without mainstream demand for SOL, the gains will only be short-lived. Personally, I don't think Solana is a good investment in 2022. There are far better options that are much more reliable with decentralization in mind. Instead of picking Solana, I'd advise anyone to invest into both Cardano and Polygon (MATIC) for the long term. These are rock-solid projects with a proven track record of development and innovation. They never had an outage (as far as I know), so they're as reliable as you can think of. No one can predict crypto market prices, so it's up to you to play it safe by diversifying your investment into prominent cryptocurrency projects that are built to last. Just my thoughts
