Apparently, it was a matter of principle for you to bet on this fight on stake in order to collect your blocked funds, because you could do the same without unnecessary risk elsewhere. Stake has a clause in their AML in section "D" about detecting evasion of the ban where, as they mention using third-party software to track connections between the same devices to access different accounts, apparently the OP used a new device or it just doesn't work, otherwise it would have been blocked again.

First you won your bet fairly so you did not beat stake, and $830 is a small amount to say you recked stake. But on multiple accounting, you should know that is against the T&C of most casinos, and be rest assured that this new account will also get banned or asked to pass through KYC verification any which ways just be careful next time and try to avoid every act that can affect your account in the future either on stake or on any other platforms.

If that's only the basis, then it's not justifiable to accuse the owner of an account for money laundering. With frequent withdrawals and deposits, they can still make money from that as their withdrawal fees are usually higher than the standard fees in the blockchain.

There are some casinos that are trustworthy and reliable as long as this forum is concerned. Both stake and Duelbits you mentioned are reputable. So, leaving one for another is totally your choice, but the reason your are leaving stake could also affect you in Duelbits if you don't change.

Ensure to always read the Terms and Conditions of every gambling site before you could even deposit money to play. There are some rules that are general, and some rules are peculiar to each company. But the reason your first account was banned by stake is a general one.
