You were simply among those who put their money on the winner and you weren't the only one who was allowed to withdraw. There was at least a hundred people like you, so don't feel like you're the chosen one who managed to outsmart a casino.

I guess they banned your account not you because that account was involved in money laundering. You made a new one and place d a normal bet, played by the rules, which is why they allowed you to take your win. Nothing unusual.

How can they accuse you of money laundering? Does stake has information on people who are suspected of money laundering coming from the authority? If I'm not mistaken, we have the AMLC who issues information, so what is their basis? By the way, can you share some messages from stake about your accusation?

Probably Stake use the irregular activity on his account such as too frequent deposit and withdrawal by just doing a minimal wager in the casino. User that launder money usually has something shady on the account transaction history which normal players doesn’t do. I think even though he is not really done the offense but since he shows the criteria of the casino for that offense is the reason on why his account get banned.

Thanks for picking Duelbits but I would like to remind you that you follow the rules and check their TOS, Duelbits will not harm your account, your action will, and the winnings that you posted are yours you deserve to claim, what do you mean by recked you mean wrecked or ruin I don't see in that way you cannot wreck a site like Stake they are a very stable casino, and your allegation against Stake in the scam section, unfortunately, will not and cannot stand based on their TOS you are guilty of what they charge you.

Stake has a clause in their AML in section "D" about detecting evasion of the ban where, as they mention using third-party software to track connections between the same devices to access different accounts, apparently the OP used a new device or it just doesn't work, otherwise it would have been blocked again.

First you won your bet fairly so you did not beat stake, and $830 is a small amount to say you recked stake. But on multiple accounting, you should know that is against the T&C of most casinos, and be rest assured that this new account will also get banned or asked to pass through KYC verification any which ways just be careful next time and try to avoid every act that can affect your account in the future either on stake or on any other platforms.

According to the the post made by dhru9, he/she has already withdrawn all the balance and there is no way for Stake to freeze the fund.
Also, I doubt OP has won 883 dollars. He/she has surely deposited some bitcoin which should be deducted from that 883 dollar.

After crying and vehemently denying that your account had any reason to be blocked, now you openly admit that you have multiple accounts, so essentially violated Stake's terms of service twice. Anyways, now that you have withdrawn the funds, what will you do with this new account?  I am sure that stake has seen this post and they know which account you are referring to here. They may be waiting for you to deposit another amount and bang they block you.

Apparently, it was a matter of principle for you to bet on this fight on stake in order to collect your blocked funds, because you could do the same without unnecessary risk elsewhere. But excitement and resentment sometimes make you do such things, but now that you have reported this, I think you should not continue to play on stake.

I don't know the details of your money laundering ban case, of course I don't believe your story either, that's because from what I see you're trying hard to beat the bookmakers, so you'll do anything even if it's things unethical, crimes, lying to beat the bookmakers, but what you're not seeing is that over time you will become an addict, a liar and a criminal. I don't see the point of you having re-created an account and placed bets at the same casino that banned you for accusing you of money laundering. my advice: take a vacation, get some rest and when you play again choose another casino read their TOS well and respect their TOS and play with moderation, don't rush to beat the bookmakers, this path will only make you break laws and TOS and lose money
