It doesn't look possible because you still need the private key to compute s since s = k⁻¹(e + rd_U) mod n. where both k and d_u here would be the private key which you don't have.

That repository is totally useless for what people in this forum want, since it involves messing with the CPU while it does the original signing process. It can't be used for any already existing signatures.
