Can smart contracts be created on the ETHPOW network the same way as ETH? if it could it would be even better although I don't see any future prospects for this project as prices keep dropping and ETH miners seem more interested in switching to ETC than ETHPOW

This is a clear example of why it is cheap, nobody wants it, but it will go up little by little because it is interesting for it to go up for GPU mining and when you want to realize it, it will be too late. Eth PoS is a tasteless mistake , a disappointment, one more among so many PoS block chains.
