just wanted to point out to a problem with this company... I've been trying to get info on bet details from them for days now, but unsuccessfully. As you can see from the pic above, it's not possible to see any bet details, that goes for all of the bet history. I've tried chat, costumer service, still nothing.

In this specific case I have 1 bet that I think should be a winning bet, but I can't check the details.

You have tried the best possible ways to get an answer, but if you get nothing from these best ways, I'm sure you will get nothing as well in this thread. The official Betcoco representative is no longer active in this forum, last online was on October last year. In other words, they were active for a month only in this forum. I see they have phone number in their contact us page, have you tried to call them through the listed phone number?

I don't know if you have time, but in case you do, Please read through this whole thread. You will discover that this casino might to related to another one that has the same mode of operation and tried to pull off an exit scam.

I guess it's there way of pulling of scam and then create a new casino once they realize that people have uncovered their tracks.

lolz. I have not seen this casino ANN before and this the first time of seeing it or I was not having the interest to visit the thread. And from what I read from the Op, guys, the op has sweet mouth. He can convince people to play in this casino. If you deposit a specific amount they would give you a bonus of that the same amount, and I see the thing as a Ponzi scheme game that double people's money for them to attract more customers and at the long run they would used exit scam and rum away way with all the deposits. And as you are saying, it is 3 days or plus now that the casino site is down and there is no official statement from them to calm down the customers high blood pressure of the casino site. Then what you are saying is not far from the truth. They are under suspicious.

I just looked up the gambling site, it looks like the website is up and running now. they have live support you can try and ask their support why was the website down for 3 days. I tried asking on their live support but it seems like it takes time before they reply, it would be better if you are the one asking since you seem to be active on their gambling site.

It is obvious that they are not accessable currently. Maybe something must have happened to them which calls for their absence.  I checked their profile and their representative have not been online since 7th of June 2023 which speaks of volume. I read here a post which says that their website is running and looking at the last post made me confirm for myself and I found out the website is up and running  and customer care service is active as well but how come they created an announcement thread here and seems to abandon it when they know fully well that there is opportunity here to get more gamblers to patronise their casino.



I had to chat with the customer care service and I noticed something. The name on the chat was another while the they replied my another name. It seems the chat was automatically translated from Spanish to English and what made me more curious was the fact that the customer care was saying not to understand the question I asked about KYC and it shows that they are unprofessional. If a customer care does not know what KYC is then I am wonder what is up with the casino.

I will advise anyone dealing to be very cautious as there is some possible abnormalities there.

The casino is working but their sportsbook went down more than 10 days ago and its not working anymore. I wrote to support multiple times they just keep repeating the same thing we are updating it . This was my first experience with this website btw I just placed couple of bets on table tennis . After that I just withdrew my small amount of 0.1 eth. It took like 3 days but I got my crypto back. For me is very suspicious a bookmaker to go down for update for that long without any previous notice to their customers .
