You need to mention which games you played first, then does it's possible to bet $20K on that's game? if it's possible then I will say Duelbits will pay the winning amount regardless how big or small it is.

They will have set limit on particular users and particular events.
It would be great if you at first message to their customer support and then only deposit this much bit amount.

OP is not complaining though, he is just confirming if Duelbits can pay such amount and probably OP is planning to have a huge bet in Duelbits. Better if we won't try the things that we think will bother us but we should always verify things first. We can go directly on the casino to read their terms and if that wasn't enough we can also talk to their customer support. I don't know why the op prefer to ask here.

I think he might have done something wrong due to which his payment stopped.  I don't think this site can work like that.  I've heard from a few others that the site can't do this.  I think he must have made a mistake somewhere.  There is such a problem for that.
