They will probably ask you to do KYC as it will be a large sum. If you are OK with that and it is a legit bet and nothing is fraudulent to your account, you will get paid.

If that person has no problems at the casino, the casino will pay for it without taking too long. If you are raising question about the capability of Duelbits to pay you $60k to $100k, then you shouldn't worry about it. They can pay more than that. I think the OP here has asked about the withdrawal where there is no cheating by the gambler. If gambler has abide by all the rules, his kyc is also processed successfully then there is no excuse left from the gambling site  not to pay the gambler or not let him withdraw.
