It's so obvious that the account has changed hands first in 2018 and later in 2020.
I don't want to claim the account back but just want to bring the incident in limelight.

So, joeperry signed the addresses and proved that he owns the private key of the address that was used back in 2018. Can you do the same, and confirm your side of the story?

I've seen numerous accounts getting tagged for changing hands so I might just wait and watch how fair the community here is to everyone. Personally, more than 50 of mine accounts were tagged for changing hands. :/
