If anything, I’ll keep buying while I can. in order for XRP or any other stock or crypto to rocket up is there has to be people buying at the current highs. They won't get there by selling for small profits so I waiting for 1$.

I hope you are not wrong with your decision. I've never said XRP has no potential nor does it turns scam but this coin has absolutely not easy to pump. I have had some XRP before and holding it for just a few months because I sell them due to the notice that the price won't make high even during the Bull season. I'm not sure their winning against the SEC make help it change the scenario but still, I really don't have the confidence that it will pump high just like the other coins.

There is no hard to pump when an organized group decided to pump a certain altcoin.  We had seen it on the much expensive altcoins, and even to those that have a massive supply.  The qestion is not abut how hard the market price to pump is, but is there an interesting pump group to take advantage of the XRP market and pump XRP to the moon.

I'm not sure their winning against the SEC make help it change the scenario but still, I really don't have the confidence that it will pump high just like the other coins.

The XRP growth and adoption are hindered by the lawsuit filed against them.  It is obvious that if XRP happens to win the case, we can see the XRP market sentiment to change into a bullish one.  Artificial hypes may be produced and at the same time, XRP whales can find this news a good spark to initialize a pump scheme.

It will happen once there would be an announcement if ripple already wwon the case agains SEC. You can even predict whatever you want but im sure that not for this time. This time ripple is still focusing to win against SEC. The pump was coming only when media will be releasing the latest news. You can wait until it will reach $1 but im sure that will be done next year. This time ripple was still in accumulation period by the whales

People are practicing "Buy the rumors, sell the news". Even rumor is real, when news released, price usually will be dumped because it often rises a lot with rumor already.

I still consider XRP is very risky altcoin when final result of the SEC trial is unknown. Be greedy and get hyped because of rumor is not what experienced investor should do.

Can you provide a link for us to see if your claims were true? I think the pump was caused by other things. It may be that ripple supporters are now excited for the result and assume that ripple can win the case but for now no, ripple didn't win yet as the final judgment have not occurred but according to an article that I read, it says it will happen on October.

Usdt and usdc are stable coins so they can't go to the moon but their price will always remain at 1 dollar at most. Their market cap and other stats maybe. In a way it is funny that people are always looking for pumps in which they can multiply their money as quickly as possible, but they are always late because by the time they find out about the pump they are buying close to the top and the only direction the price can go is down, but that is their call, if they want to invest their money in a coin which was unable to surpass the ATH it reached so long ago they are free to so, even if this means they will most likely lose some  of their money.

Until we see the decision of the federal court in this case, we cannot claim that Ripple has won over the SEC, because we may see a completely unpredictable decision.
