does the metavault project or exchange not want to open it on other blockchain networks, maybe erc or bsc which is generally used by many people?

what do you mean by this? if you will check their app, you can for example easily swap USDT from ETH to Polygon network. see below snapshot. as you can see they have several networks that you can choose. though i haven't tried their app yet.
sorry maybe I'm not detailed enough to see their daps, I think it only runs on polygon networks, thanks for your advice I'll take a look and try it soon explore more and learn about it
