My worst day was probably when in Lake Tahoe when I was around 21-22 years old. I had a lot to drink this particular evening and spend the entire pile of cash I had brought on this trip on the very first night of it. The rest of the trip was pretty boring so I absolutely learned my lesson lol.

My worst day was when I used my school fees to gamble because I thought I will make more money to take care of some of my needs in school.     Two weeks later it was announced in school that we only had one more week left for closure of school fees payment, I tried borrowing, seek for help everywhere but nobody could help me with the money.  This was how I couldn't pay my fee for that semester and went home with carry overs after the end of the semester as I was not allowed to write some exams.

The problem is that is very easy to quit when you start gambling and you always lose,there is no incentive in order for you to continue,some people want to get their money back and they lose even more and become addicted but the majority of people when starting only with loses I have seen they have been able to easy quit.

The real problem is when you start gambling and you hit a couple of big wins in the beginning.After that even if a person loses he reminds himself of the big wins he got and that he hopes he will get even more big wins than those if he continues playing,this brings a lot of addiction to many people unfortunately and this also bring a lot of "worst" days in gambling.

The problem is that this is the experience of other people and everyone thinks that it will not affect him. I also know a similar story when a guy's mother sent a good amount of money to close his debts, and instead he lost them in one day. In the end, he repaid these debts himself, but stretched it out for half a year and now he is holding on, but who knows if this was a good lesson for him, or he may continue to do it again in the future.
