We will realize it when we start to get involved in gambling and it makes us addicted and eventually, we will become addicted to gambling. My worst day was when I used my school fees to gamble because I thought I will make more money to take care of some of my needs in school. At the beginning I was making profit for 2hrs,I was carried away with the anxiety of winning but later the game turned round and I was losing and losing,I didn't quit hoping I will recover my lost. Before I knew it I was left with 10% of the money I started with, I couldn't just quit the game then because I still feel I will start winning again but luck failed me and I got drained of all I have on me.

    Two weeks later it was announced in school that we only had one more week left for closure of school fees payment, I tried borrowing, seek for help everywhere but nobody could help me with the money.  This was how I couldn't pay my fee for that semester and went home with carry overs after the end of the semester as I was not allowed to write some exams.

My worst day in gambling only had one small and possibly positive effect on me: It made me re-evaluate and analyze how wasteful it can really be, which stopped me going back to it on for a few weeks. After that there was a kind of self-promise never to throw away that rather low sum of money betting again, instead of betting $100 in one day now, the maximum that I tend to go with would be $10. In a way losing that larger amount have saved me many times more money than what actually happened on the day. So you definitely need to keep your losses small and always think about your gambling stakes, no matter how much money you might have in the bank.

Our emotions most of the time are the reason why we're creating decisions that we will regret in the future. We always come up with an unexpected decision because we're carried away by too many emotions. At times I wonder how do you college students gets to o that. You know, to use your tuition fees and maybe rent to gamble when you know that, its a high stake probability and you could lose all without being compensated for it but still, you guys get to go ahead with the risk. That's so not me and gambling rules disapproves.

Anyone who could do that, I mean gamble with their school fees would be someone who joked with their studies. It is an exposed and unnecessary risk, except the person has hope of where to get a replacement if it goes wrong. The little time I gambled in school, I was too scared to go close to my school fees. Depends on the person if you ask me because I was at that situation years ago when I was still in a college. Yeah same story wherein i am still hoping as well that i can regain all the losses and came back with profits but i have failed..   i was depressed that time to be honest, so after that i never gamble and decided to find new source of income and preferred to find some platform that gives free spin.. Lol

It's okay mate, what is important is that we have successfully put our flaws behind while carrying the lesson that the experience taught us. You're right it's better to stop for a while when luck in gambling is not on our side, actually the type of person in gambling has his own time when he gambles and if we experience a losing streak then it's better to stop at that time. there are times when things like that can trigger ridiculous actions such as chasing losses and betting with large multiples that can be fatal to the finances he has.
