I've also known that there was a connection between litecoin and Bitcoin and between dogecoin and Bitcoin. Going through the thread, I've been able to gain a better insight and understanding of the extent of relationships that exists among these cryptocurrencies.

Sorry if my question makes no sense, I am still trying to learn more about crypto in general. Which coin is more closer to BTC in all form? LTC or Doge coin? Also is any of these project have something in common with BTC?

They are both came from BTC but Dogecoin is not directly but still they have same source code so they have similarity at some point of there code. They just varies on the supply and later on to some upgrades on there blockchain.

Litecoin is the closest to Bitcoin because it was directly fork to Bitcoin they just alter some upgrades to make there blockchain more faster since they have less transaction.

While these are different projects that were based on bitcoin, they both have a very different path of development and communities.

But they all also depend on the success of bitcoin. If btc goes down, everything goes down.

I don't think many coins would survive if bitcoin would be destroyed. All businesses would go bankrupt and what's left is a crypto wreckyard.

LTC and DOGE are altcoins, of course we know what that means, yes Bitcoin is the parent of altcoins,
so if you ask the relationship between these two coins and bitcoin of course they are related, because altcoins will follow Bitcoin,
try to see when the price of Bitcoin Pump then altcoins go with the pump, and if the price of Bitcoin dumps, the altcoins also dump.
