I believe this happens to almost everyone, who is investing in this market, I have met many times like this. Every time I finished selling the coin went higher and when I bought it fell even further, it's normal in trading, as long as we always make a profit every time we close the trade everything is fine. The market is always moving so we cannot expect to sell at the highest price or buy at the lowest price and if you have a long-term investment strategy, don't worry too much about short-term fluctuations.

the problem, sometimes traders do not have confidence in the long-term planning that has been done. that's what makes it easy for traders to panic when market fluctuations occur.
I think it will provide an experience for anyone who experiences it. but after learning from their mistakes, they will be better at dealing with market fluctuations. especially calmer in determining their trading plans.

In what condition did you sell that Bitcoin anyway? If you do some research first before selling that Bitcoin then such things could have been prevented and you could hold it longer. It's pretty normal that we got bamboozled with the market trend. You will not do anything about it because the coin is no more in your wallet. You have sold it to another person and exchanged for the money. If coin leave your wallet you will not be having it anymore. I have question for you, do you make profit from the sale ?

For many bitcoin hodlers it is about profit all the time even during the bear they will expect profit. Reading or watching videos is not the only problem but taking the profit. You don't have to be panic. I think you need to understand bitcoin first to avoid being emotional,  bitcoin is volatile which you need to know    that you have to be patient to wait for when the value of the market is high. If you are unable to have patience to wait you will always feel panic to sell at a price that you will be in lose. I learned in this forum that only by Bitcoin with what you can afford to lose but the way you are talking now sound like you use money that you can afford to lose,infact why did you sell at this time around that you know market is not normal.
