Seems like you aren't a believer in Bitcoin and are just trying to get some easy money.  The free market has a way of making sure you lose everything trying to trade to profits with that mindset.  If you sold all your Bitcoin, then you stopped believing in it and shouldn't care what happens to the price.  If you think a tiny move that cost you a couple of dollars is enough to give you a heart attack, wait until the price goes up x20 and think about how you missed the boat because you were trying to trade to earn a few extra dollars.  You either believe in Bitcoin or you don't.  If you believe, invest and use or hold onto it.  If you don't believe, who cares?  Trading is for suckers though.

Lolz, we all experience this same scenario, I personally have experience this so so many times, so it is not entirely something new.
Advice I can give to you is stop looking for short term profit, looking for short term profit is the reason why you even notice that bitcoin goes down after you have bought, investing for long term will make you see the decline in price as an opportunity to buy more at a lower rate thereby bringing your average dollar cost down.

You will not do anything about it because the coin is no more in your wallet. You have sold it to another person and exchanged for the money. If coin leave your wallet you will not be having it anymore. I have question for you, do you make profit from the sale ?

You don't have to be panic. I think you need to understand bitcoin first to avoid being emotional,  bitcoin is volatile which you need to know    that you have to be patient to wait for when the value of the market is high. If you are unable to have patience to wait you will always feel panic to sell at a price that you will be in lose. Try as much to invest what you can afford to lose so that you don't get provoke when you lose.

People who panic to sell cryptocurrency are not prepared and that's the reason it's called panic in cryptocurrency, if someone scrutinized the system of cryptocurrency very well they will not hesitate check the chart of cryptocurrency before selling, so i believe that if they panic that means they are afraid of the price falling.
