I remember the ATH that bitcoin reached was $69k not $72k like you said, correct me if I'm wrong. The possibility of bitcoin hitting $100k or hitting a new ATH in 2023 is very unlikely, usually bitcoin will only hit a new ATH after each halving event, so predicting bitcoin reaching ATH in 2024-2025 will be much more feasible than predicting next year. It's all speculation and no one knows exactly when it might happen but I can only say for sure it will happen in the future. But buying bitcoin now is absolutely the right thing to do, bitcoin price is already a lot cheaper than its peak, the perfect time to buy bitcoin is now.

Yeah you're right about the negative attitude of people towards Bitcoin especially in developing countries maybe because of the stories heard of it. But from my time of research Bitcoin has fallen and also rose in the time past without any major global crisis though it is one of the major enhances and determinants of Bitcoin price movement.

In response to the OP and in affirmation that now is the best time to buy Bitcoin though there is no wrong time to buying Bitcoin as all time is the right time but you must have to bear in mind of making profit which involves buying at a certain price and expecting to sell at an increased or higher price from the bought price.

Not most likely, but with a probability of 99%, 2023 will be bearish if forecasts are made based on bitcoin cycles. I read a long time ago that by the end of 2023 the price of 1 BTC will be at least $250 000, but this is just a speculation that seems very unlikely from the current perspective. I think that you forgot the situation during 2020-2021 to current situation which global market is plummeting due to economic crisis and wars globally. It's absurd to compared different cycles with different market conditions as if the same will happened o the price. Both rent and food prices have been rising a lot since the covid pandemic, while income didn't rise at the same rate. What makes you think that we are going to see prices above 100,000 USD next year? If you want you can. i have bought bitcoin at the price of $20k . it is not any problem for me. i am not worried for it. so you can definitely buy now if you can accept rick. but if you bought btc and if your porpos is to gain a huge profit then you must hold your bitcoin for long time as much as possible .

I don't think we can see a huge price uptrend on 2023,  If we follow the 4-year cycle, the next ATH would be around 2025, and the price in 2023 would be a sideway trend of a certain range.  Bitcoin uptrend had been recorded to have a long uptrend rally some months before the halving of 2024 until the ATH that suppose to happen the next year.

We might even see the price drop even more to like $15k something. We still have around 2 more years before the next halving so we better expect more traders to sell every small increase in price. The best thing for us here is to always DCA and think long-term.

At least if Bitcoin reaches $100,000 which is my minimum target in the next halving, we are x7 on ROI if we base to its current price.

Bitcoin is one of the most promising coin in the space and it have enough backup to pump in the coming years. I regret all my actions in 2015, because I wasn't well told how Bitcoin operates, I was reluctant in my actions to bagged the coin and wasn't full of confidence that it will pump. The cryptocurrency situation in the current world is on the dire side.  Because not all investors can decide to hold Bitcoin in this situation.  But I think looking back a bit, the Bitcoin market was way up.  But currently Bitcoin is at 16K.  But I think bitcoin market will start to grow little by little from 2023.  Because I think the market will not remain at such a low level for a long time.

Well no one can actually say or tell when another bull season will be experienced and most certainly no one can tell if the bear season can go way worst than this already experienced. This years has seen so many drama in the crypto world, after bitcoin fell very low and most top investor lost a lot in bitcoin investments. Exactly. You can always buy at a low price and then sell it higher when the market turns bullish again. We cannot tell how low Bitcoin will go due to the unpredictable nature of the crypto market. I agree with you, in the current Bitcoin cycle, I also think that the current price is one of the better deal during this cycle journey of Bitcoin.  Fron its peak of $69k+ down to the current price of $16661.10

I have not so much knowledge but I Will say that I will buy Bitcoin at almost 10k to 12 dollars price range. And that price range will be good for me because all of the alts will be at a lower price and that could make me good decisions so that I might be able to do something better my future.
